Christmas in the sun

The property was very well maintained and a good size. It was too windy to take full advantage of the pool, but the sun loungers are in a good spot, sheltered from wind etc.

MAISON AGREABLE MAIS.......

La maison en elle même est ce que nous en attendions . Toutefois certains points sont à signaler : quand nous sommes arrivés 1- le moteur de la pompe de la baignoire à remous ne fonctionnait pas . Remplacé 2 jours après . L'alimentation electrique de la cuisine était coupée donc ni frigidaire ni eau chaude . le néon de la cuisine est tombé en panne. Le ballon d'eau chaude de la salle de bain ne permettait pas d'avoir suffisament d'eau chaude !!!! Rinçage à l'eau froide .Tout cela fait que pendant 3 jours nous avions des réparateurs dans la maison! 2- Le plus désagréable,La piscine n'était pas chauffée contrairement à ce qui était mentionné dans l'annonce et pour lequel nous avions privilégié cette maison! INADMISSIBLE! 3- on nous avez annoncé qu'il y avait un séche linge.....ce n'était qu'un étendoire à linge .

Gedateerde villa met goede ligging

Villa is afgeleefd, we hebben al in veel mooiere villa’s verbleven voor deze prijs. Geen airco, harde matrassen, geen dampkap, … Zwembad is proper maar de afmetingen van het echte zwemgedeelte zijn kleiner dan vermeld. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad omdat we veel uitstappen hebben gedaan én door Bill de kat.

Good Location

The location was perfect for the coast and nearby town which was a easy walk into. Relaxing stay with a well equipped Villa. Leonna responded very quickly to solve a minor problem we had.

Basic Villa but did the job

This Villa was basic but had all what we needed. The only thing is the toilet and bath in the en-suite sometimes we had problems with the water draining but not every day. It was in a lovely quiet location but only 12 euros in a taxi to the popular resorts of los cristianos and playa de las americas. Taxi was very quick with the number that we were provided in our welcome package. The only downfall for me personally is I have a really bad fear of cats and there was one cat that kept coming to the Villa several times a day which was a bit off putting. I know this is just a personal thing of mine because of my fear though. The owner was on hand to respond to answer any questions that we had if we couldn’t find the answers in the welcome pack. Overall a lovely stay. Thank you :-)

Large Villa for family holiday

The villa was a little out of the way from my favourite place-Los Cristianos so we got as taxi everyday for 12 euros each way. The villa is large enough for a big family and is very well equipped for everything you need in a self catering holiday. It is a bit tired looking, especially the kitchen worktops but the bed linen was very clean as were the towels. English channels were a massive bonus, it was nice to chill out just like you would at home but with the added benefit of sunshine. The garden and terrace were amazing however the pool was very cold. I don’t think the solar cover made it any warmer. Overall, a very good value for money place to stay with your family with guaranteed sunshine,

Nice villa that worked very well for the four of us

We had a very nice stay at this villa. Since we had a rental car and made excursions every day, the location was also perfect away from the most touristy parts of Tenerife. The location gives you quick access both to the main highway TF-1 and roads leading up to the plateau around the Teide volcano, where we visited several times during the week. The pool was really nice and was used a lot, and the patio with its furniture was also working very well. One thing to note, that we had missed before we arrived, is that there is no dishwasher in the house. I'm kind of glad we missed it, because that might have been a deal breaker for us during the booking process and we may had looked for another villa that hadn't worked as well. Parts of the garden has a lot of wear and tear, but the patio and the pool was pretty much perfect, and that was where we spent our time anyway. All in all, this was our first visit to Tenerife, and when we likely return in a few years, we will definitely consider booking this villa again since it worked so well for us.

Lovely location and views

Had a fabulous stay at the villa. A few past reviews are critical and make reference to needing some tlc. Yes the kitchen isn’t ultra modern with granite worktops and minimalist design but everything works and it has everything you need. I booked a holiday in Tenerife for great weather and to be outside. The patio and pool area are first class, views are wonderful and would be happy to stay again. Weather was also great but can’t reward the owner for that but everything in the property worked and worked well. WiFi great as important for kids as was tv on the occasion we sat inside. Location good with a town and shops a 15 minutes walk away but car needed to explore more of the island although bus transport is available. Definitely recommend.

Our 3rd stay at this villa

Once again we had a lovely time. The location is so peaceful between walking distance of two villages with lovely restaurants, bakery and shops. The local buses only €1.45 gets you in to the resorts and so easy to use. The best part is the pool which is big enough to swim in. We have been coming since 2014 and feel its home from home and so relaxing. Just think its looking a little tired now and could do with a facelift but overlooking that its spotlessly clean and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a quieter stay in Tenerife.We will be back.

Loved It!

Really comfortable and spacious villa and an excellent base for exploring the island. The weather was unusually cool the first few days of our stay, so we didn't get to use the brilliant pool until there was enough sun to warm it later in the week, but aside from that we really enjoyed our stay. Heerlijke woning op mooie en rustige locatie

Wij, gezin met volwassen kinderen en partners (totaal 6 personen) hebben een fantastische week gehad op Tenerife in deze heerlijke villa in Arona. De villa ligt in een kleinschalig wijkje in de bergen op ca 10 autominuten vanaf de kust (Los Christianos en Las Americas). De villa heeft een zeer ruime woonkamer en 3 ruime slaapkamers met prima bedden en daarnaast ook nog 2 badkamers. Alleen de keuken is wat klein en gedateerd, maar alle voorzieningen zijn verder prima. De tuin is erg mooi, het terras geweldig, elke ochtend ontbijten in het zonnetje. Lekker zwembad erbij, water nog wat koud begin februari. Kortom, een heerlijke plek en een geweldig huis voor 6 volwassenen. Dank je wel aan de eigenaar van deze woning voor een fijne week en Esperanza ook dank voor de schoonmaak. Alles was spic en span!

Urlaub auf Teneriffa vom 20.10.2018 - 27.10.2018

Das Haus hatte eine tolle Lage, sehr ruhig, Blick auf Meer, sehr geräumig. Es war von innen nur sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Gerissene Fliesen als Arbeitsplatte in der Küche, Holzwurm in der Holzumrandung. Im großen Bad auf der obersten Stufe Fliese los. Man mußte sehr aufpassen. Kein Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer. Im angrenzenden Abstellraum ein Schrank mit Schubladen in dem Tierchen krabbelten sodaß wir aus dem Koffer gelebt haben. Eine Stange mit Kleiderbügeln und darunter der Putzeimer, Staubsauger usw. Schlechter Abfluß im kleinen Bad. Zweimal saß WC und Dusche zu. Und wir haben nur Toilettenpapier benutzt !!!!! Ameisen in der Küche obwohl nie !!!!!!! Lebenmittel offen standen und der Mülleimer immer zugedeckt war und jeden Tag der Müllbeutel entfernt wurde. Es war schade denn eigentlich war es ein schönes Haus , große Terrasse, auch da hatten die Fliesen Risse, und ein schöner Pool.

relaxing and private villa

The villa was spacious big sittingroom, 3 good size bedrooms. The pool was a good size too and was perfect for my son who is 6yrs old becouse the large steps leading in to it were perfect for him to play safely. The T.V. came in handy with alot of channels to keep the kids and adults happy in the evenings.Kitchen was a bit small but was big enuf as we ate out alot. We hired a car which is great for travelling from town to town or all the attractions Jungle park is near by. But if you dont want to use a car there is a town near by with supermarkets and a couple of resteraunts ,nice bakery there too.about a ten minute walk away. Over all very happy with the Villa the Wi-fi is also very handy when u have teenagers with you. Thank you Deanna.
