Great family cabin! Plenty of room for our multifamily group of 6 adults and 6 kids. The foosball was a big hit with the teens. Everything was very clean. We had a great time!

We had a pleasant stay at Hugging Trees, and for the price, we knew we weren’t booking a luxury experience—but we were fine with that given we were there with family. The cabin was comfortable enough, with plenty of room for everyone. There were enough beds for all of us, and the upstairs couches were soft and cozy, though they were definitely well-worn and a bit broken in.There were a few things that could use attention, though. The refrigerator didn’t seem to keep things very cold, even after being plugged in for 24 hours, and the air hockey table downstairs is really showing its age—it’s almost at the point of being unusable. The dartboard could also use some maintenance, as the darts were missing or damaged. We also wished there was some patio furniture outside, as it would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air.Another thing to mention is the hot water—after just a few people showered in a row, it ran out completely, which made it a little uncomfortable for the rest of the group. That said, we didn’t expect a perfect, 5-star experience, and we managed fine. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware, which was great and allowed us to prepare all of our meals without any issue. However, the biggest downside of our stay was the mouse situation. We actually caught a mouse in one of the kitchen cabinets with the dishes we had used the night before. Upon further inspection, we also found mouse droppings in the utensil drawer. This was a real
