Our country house, 'Casa Renllon' is a stylish and comfortably renovated, historic country house with Whirlpoll , furnished with antique furniture and full equipment. Garden and terrace are not visible from the outside. The villa has a total of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living room with fully equipped kitchen.
Overall, the villa can accommodate 4 persons, extra beds are possible. This romantic country house is equipped with everything you need to prepare culinary delights. To a spicy dish on a charcoal grill or a Pata Negra, the excellent Spanish ham, you can add organic cheeses from local farmers and enjoy the excellent wines, fruit juices and freshly harvested fruits of the region on the shaded terrace. Of course you can order eggs of the freely running chickens of our neighboring farms for your breakfast from us, or cook paella and desserts in the well-equipped kitchen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!!!

Wir waren in den Herbstferien 2015 auf Teneriffa. Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein kleiner Geheimtipp - für alle, die den Rummel der Urlaubshochburgen nicht brauchen und die die Insel gerne entdecken wollen! Das Häuschen ist frisch renoviert und sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet, so dass es nicht schwer fällt, sich dort wohl zu fühlen! Der Ort Villa de Arico ist sehr ruhig; fast nur von Einheimischen aufgesucht. In Arico kann man das nötigste einkaufen. Größere Supermärkte sind gut zu erreichen. Der Weg zur Autobahn ist kurz. Sehr liebevoll war auch der Empfang von der Vermieterin Luisa. Noch am Flughafen wurden wir von ihr angerufen und konnten z.B. fragen, wo auf dem Weg ein großer Supermarkt liegt. Die Paella, zu der wir und ihre anderen Gäste eingeladen wurden war hervorragend!

Wunderbar abgelegen

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allen was man braucht. Jacuzzi war wirklich toll. Kleiner feiner Außenbereich. Für Unternehmungen braucht man ein Auto. Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Diese Casa ist empfehlenswert. Die Bilder sagen eigentlich alles bzw. ist es eigentlich noch viel schöner. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Und es macht Spass gegen Abend im Pool zu liegen und ein Gläschen Wein zu geniesen. Luisa ist eine sehr sehr nette Gastgeberin die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Wunderschönes kanarisches Haus in idyllischer Lage

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in dem stil- und liebevoll renovierten Haus von Luisa. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, was wir allerdings nicht gefunden haben war der in der Beschreibung erwähnte Geschirrspüler. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem, die Dusche und Waschmaschine im Bad sehr gut. Genial ist der Whirlpool im sehr schönen kleinen Garten, die Aussicht aufs Meer und die Küste. Die Lage ist mit Mietwagen sehr gut, man ist schnell in Abades am kleinen Strand und hat dort einige Restaurants. Die Nähe zur Autobahn ist ebenfalls ideal. Fazit: Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ausstattung des kanarischen Landhauses war hervorragend. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Die Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich und im Haus war alles vorhanden, was einen angenehmen Urlaub ermöglicht. Wir haben den wunderschönen Garten mit den Liegen leider zu wenig ausgenützt, da wir die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten nützen wollten, die diese kanarische Insel bietet.

Die schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, super ausgestattet und in herrlich ruhiger Lage am Hang. Zum Meer ,muss man zwar knapp 7 km fahren, aber dafür ist es ruhig und man sieht inmitten der freundlichen Einheimischen kaum Touristen. Die großen Touristenzentren im Süden sind ca. 40 km entfernt. Dank der Autobahn ist man in da. 30 min dort. Von der Wohnung aus kann man herrlich wandern. Je nach Sonne kann die Wohnung etwas frisch sein, es gibt in einigen Teilen der Wohnung aber eine Fußbodenheizung. Die Verwalterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Sehr gemütlich und gepflegt, gute Lage

Hier kann man sich rundum wohlfühlen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt. Uns fehlte es an nichts; auch in der Küche war alles da, was wir brauchten. Und obwohl wir ungewöhnlich kalte Tage erwischt haben, war es dank Fußbodenheizung warm genug. Die Lage ist mitten im Dorf, aber etwas zurückgesetzt, so dass man (außer der Kirchturmuhr) nur wenig Geräusche hört. Ein Supermarkt, mehrere Cafés u.ä. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Man kann aber auch direkt vom Haus in die Berge zum Wandern aufbrechen. Mit dem Auto ist man in gut 5 Minuten auf der Autobahn, in 10 Minuten am nächsten Strand (Abades); auch nach Santa Cruz ist es nur eine gute halbe Stunde. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Sie war für Fragen vorab und während des Aufenthalts immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

ruhiges, schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits der grossen Touristenströme. Es ist im Haus alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir wurden von Luisa und Ihrer Familie sehr herzlich empfangen. Ein Mietauto ist sehr zu empfehlen, obwohl in Villa de Arico Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden sind. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder buchen.
