Detached villa in quiet area 1.5 km from the beach and the port (easy access by cycle paths) and 500 m from the center of Argelès Village. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has a shaded garden with a semi-underground above-ground swimming pool (4 m in diameter) with alarm, a covered terrace with barbecue and plancha and private parking for 2 cars. The house comprises on the ground floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and cupboard, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x190) and cupboard, a bathroom with Italian shower, a separate toilet with window, a kitchen (18 m²) ) fully equipped, a laundry room (10 m²) with washing machine and ironing equipment, a living room - dining room of 40 m². Upstairs a master suite of 20 m² with shower and WC. On request, can be provided everything necessary for a child under 2 years old (cot, high chair). Fully air conditioned house and free wifi. 2 adult bikes are available. A quiet place whose capacity and configuration are ideal for a stay with family or friends looking for rest.
