I would not recommend this property to anyone without a car. We could not find the reception area and found their limited hours unhelpful. Once we got in, the staff member was helpful and kind, but beware there is no FREE beach shuttle as listed prominently in the advertisement. I was not impressed with cleaning the apartment either.

Located in good area, house nice and spacious pool clean. The one problem was the noise at night time children running around till gone 2am and people talking till 4am no security or respect to be quiet after 12am so was not a restful place

Awful Awful Awful. A complete and Utter Dump!

Such an awful place. Poor customer service. Large deposit taken on check in (which says a lot about the type of people they have staying). Very expensive £150 per night and we still had to make our own beds/clean the place from top to bottom including toilets etc otherwise you wouldn't get your hefty deposit back. It was 40 degrees C when we stayed at this dump and there was no air conditioning. We asked about fans and they said you could go out and buy one. Very noisy after midnight, not that we could sleep in that sweltering heat with no air con and no breeze whatsoever. We were booked in for three nights and left after one otherwise it would have ruined our holiday. Please do not book in here, especially in the Summer, unless that is you like to stay somewhere that resembles Colditz!!

Don’t forget to mention the 130-300 euros deposit!

First of all we have encountered 130 euros security deposit that was not mentioned at all during the reservation which would make me reserve another hotel in the area. Second the rooms were extremely hot and there were no ac units available. We could not open the windows because of the mosquitoes. Other visitors at the hotel came back around 3 am and they were talking very loud right outside for atleast 45 minutes and it woke us up. Lastly and most importantly we lost the wifi connection in our room around 11pm which was extremely important for us because we are coming from the states and did not have phone service available during our stay in Europe. I am extremely unhappy with my experience and purchase.

Nice apartments

Nice budget apartments, just two years old, so pretty much everything is new. Staff is very nice and helpful. Very reasonable price. I recommend this place!

Pleasant stay

Nice clean brand new facility. Great pool. Very secure for kids to play out. Watch out when booking we found we had paid for 2 apartments rather than 2 rooms in 1 apartment. Pleasant staff but not very forthcoming. They have a vacuum and welcome pack but we didn't find out till we left! Would recommend and would stay again.

THIS WAS A COMPLETE RIP-OFF

BEWARE - this is a seasonal (summer) rental. We came in October. There was no one at the front desk, just a number to call the guardians. They are just there to watch over the place, not do anything. It took them 2 hours to arrive, as they were out shopping. The internet didn't work and the pool was drained - as it is every autumn. Oh, and expect to pay 6 or 7 euros PER BED for sheets and towels (which is in the fine print). We stayed for only 2 days, so this added an incredible 30 Euros to our room bill for 4 people. Maybe it's nice in the summer, but not outside of season.

Die ganze Anlage ist alt und in die Jahre gekommen, keine Sonnenschirme, am Pool ist nichts vorhanden und diese Schwanenhälse aus dem Wasser fliesst, die man so schön auf den Fotos sieht, laufen nicht. Vom Parkplatz, der offen zugänglich ist, bis zum Zimmer, ist doch noch eine weite Distanz. Das WC ist im Obergeschoss aber zum Hände waschen muss man ins Erdgeschoss gehen, die Unterkunft ist sehr eng. Die Animationen finden nur begrenzt statt und dienen eher als Werbetrick. Der Preis ist hoch, man muss die Betten selbst beziehen und 28Euro pro Person bezahlen für die Bettwäsche und die Reinigung kostet zwischen 120-200Euro. Auch wenn es explizit im Inserat auf Ebookers/Hotels.com als inklusive erwähnt ist müsst ihr dafür aufkommen, da hilft euch niemand von den Plattformen, da kommt man sich so verarscht vor. Rechnet man das auf den Preis darauf, dann wird es ein sehr teurer Aufenthalt. Nächstes Mal gehen wir lieber in ein Hotel, kommt sogar billiger.

Riktigt bra holiday ställe!

Fint ställe! Vi hade en bra semester. Finns mycket aktiviteter på området. Personalen är helt fantastiskt underbar och så förstående för sina gäster och var alltid till förfogande med leende på läpparna. Aktiviteter erbjuds. Det kan finnas lokala regler på boendet som man kan fråga efter om man vill veta innan man kommer fram, för att förbereda sig själv extra. Smidigt med parkering, havet nära. Stort poolområde. Snackbar, frukost och mycket annat för att göra vistelsen smidig. Staden/samhället är mycket pittoreskt och vi gjorde många turer i området. Havet är nära (bil krävs) och stranden med närhet till mat, dryck, butiker och livlighet passade utmärkt.

Appartement confortable et très bien équipé Lit bébé disponible gratuitement Petit kit de bienvenue L’appartement est propre mais on voit qu’il n’est pas tout neuf (meuble salle de bain abîmé, meuble TV abîmé) Résidence propre, calme est très agréable Le seul bémol à mon goût : 12€ par jour par animal je trouve ça aberrant de payer aussi cher.
