O Hotel apresenta uma boa estrura e excelente localização, apresenta uma boa área externa com piscina, toboáguas, jardins e estacionamento. Porém a manutenção e a limpeza da estrutura deixa a desejar. O banheiro possui mal cheiro devido a falta de um exaustor cujo cheiro chegava até o quarto, uma das camas tinha roupa de cama com aspecto e cheiro de que não tinha sido trocada de um hóspede para outro, café da manhã básico finalizando às 9h e 30min, TV com apenas 02 (dois) canais e por fim funcionários do turno do dia desinteressados. Já o funcionário da noite da recepção nos ajudou subindo com as malas até o quarto.

Hotel bom , atendimento bom , porém precisa padronizar os pratos servidos no restaurante pois vem diferente acredito dependendo do funcionário um dia acompanhado por batata outro não. Nossa tv não funcionava, mais a viagem compensou tudo. Foi maravilhoso.

O hotel é bom, mas estava em reforma. Precisa melhorar um pouco no atendimento. Houve um problema com a TV a cabo que persistiu até minha saída do hotel e não foi resolvido.
