This typical two-story Ligurian house offers a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, Wi-Fi, TV, two fans, two bathrooms, and a storage/laundry room with washing machine. It accommodates up to six adults. Outdoor spaces are perfect for sunbathing, reading in the shade, picnics, or barbecues. Free uncovered private parking is provided.



The location is ideal for excursions, beach days, visiting nearby towns, or tasting D.O.C. Colli di Luni wines at local wineries. About 800 meters away, you’ll find electric car charging stations, a shopping center, pharmacy, bank, post office, train station, and other essential services.



We recommend visiting Sarzana, a candidate for Italian Capital of Culture 2028, with its historic buildings and fortresses, the Cinque Terre Park, Via dell’Amore, Portovenere, Lerici, Tellaro, Gulf of Poets, Portofino, Pisa, and Lucca.



Minimum stay is three nights in low season (April, May, June, September, October), and five nights in high season. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The tourist tax applies for up to three nights. For stays in October and November, heating is charged according to consumption and must be paid on site at the end of your stay.
