Der Park ist schön, dieses Chalet ist nicht empfehlenswert.Bei der Ankunft war es im Chalet sehr kalt, 8 Grad.Es hat überall drin sehr unangenehm gestunken.Der Müll von den Vormietern wurde nicht entsorgt. Der Kontakt zu EEZZ konnte erst nur über die Rezeption hergestellt werden. Es wurde zwar versichert, dass der Müll von dem Putzpersonal entsorgt wird, aber es stand bei unserer Abreise immer noch draußen.Die Zimmer sind kleiner, als sie es auf den Fotos wirken.In einem der Schlafzimmer funktioniert die Beleuchtung nicht.Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher, nur einen Kaffeeautomat.Kein Smart-TV, deutsche Sender ARD, ZDF, WDR und NDR.

Obwohl das Fahrzeugkennzeichen, sogar dreimal, von mir mitgeteilt wurde, blieb die Schranke zur Anlage geschlossen. Reception zu, obwohl mitgeteilt war, dass sie zur Ankunftszeit besetzt sei. Sechs andere Gäste versuchten ebenfalls Hilfe zu erlangen. Vergebens, man war auf sich selbst gestellt. Die Einfahrt gelang mir nur,weil ein hilfsbereiter Gast mir anbot, dicht hinter seinem Fahrzeug die Schranke zu passieren. EEZZ Personal sehr uneinsichtig. Verschanzen sich hinter Zuständigkeiten, statt Probleme zielführend zu lösen. Am Ende meines Aufenthaltes erhielt ich von EEZZ eine Email, dass bei der Erfassung meines Kennzeichens ein „Systemfehler“ vorgelegen habe. Nach drei Tagen!!!! Damit ist der Veranstalter EEZZ für mich nicht mehr buchbar.
