Ruhige abgelegene idyllische Sunset-Location

Was ist ein sehr schöner Ort zum erholen. Fußläufig (circa 800 m den Berg runter) gibt es einen sehr schönen Strand, der nicht überlaufen ist. Weitere sind in der Nähe, man braucht aber ein Fahrzeug letztenendes.

Ottimo soggiorno

Ottima posizione della casa dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza di mare sole e relax. Terrazzo molto ampio che permette di godere un panorama e una brezza impagabile. Spiaggie molto belle, ampie, e non affollate. Mare stupendo. Basta organizzarsi con la spesa presso il centro più grande di Guspini... approfittare del passaggio del pescivendolo Ciccio (lunedì e Giovedì) appena sotto casa.. gustare una buona pizza al bar ristorante Maestrale... E Sarà una vacanza perfetta!!!

Ein Ort der Erholung

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat sich gleich bereit erklärt mit uns über eine Sprachapp zu kommunizieren, da wir kein italienisch sprechen und er kein englisch. Bei Problemen oder Fragen war er ederzeit bereit zu helfen! Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft. Ein fantastischer Blick auf das Meer und zugleich Berge direkt am Haus. Keine 10 Minuten Fußweg und man kann sich an zwei Sandstränden mit seichtem Einstieg ins Meer begeben. Warmes Wasser, sauberer Strand, toll zum Schnorcheln, da kleinere Felsen vorhanden sind. Wenn die See rauer wird, sind Rettungsschwimmer am Strand. Weitere Strände sind mit einem Auto zu erreichen. Zum Wandern findet man gute Routen, zum Start muss man mit einem Auto fahren. Für größere Orte oder große Einkaufsläden muss man allerdings schon ca. 40-50 Minuten fahren. In Gutturu è Flumini gibt es eine Bar/ Restaurant. Dort kann man Essen gehen und auch ein Eis am Stiel/ Sandwiches kaufen. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist in Porto Maga, ca. 3km entfernt. Auch in der Hochsaison hatte man am Strand genügend freien Platz, am Wochenende kommen viele Italiener zum Strand, aber man liegt trotzdem nicht so eng beieinander. Der Ort eignet sich sehr, um wirklich zu entspannen und die Schönheiten der Natur zu genießen. Auch die Terasse läd zum verweilen und genießen ein. Wenig bis kaum (deutscher) Tourismus als wir dort waren. Es lohnt sich, sich im Vorfeld italienische Sprachkenntnisse anzueignen, da englisch wenig verstanden wird. Mit Französischkenntnissen ist die Kommunikation in der Bar und in manchen Restaurants einfacher. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub für uns!

Beautiful place

Great appartment with 4 rooms and splendid view on the sea which is at walking distance. External shower, big terrace, plenty of space and very quiet place at the top of the hill. Gutturu village has only one bar/restaurant but is definitely peaceful. Great place for travellers wanting to have rest and peace. Host was very nice and discreet and gave us precise information on how to get there. All in all a very nice place to be.

Fantastischer Blick auf das Meer

Der Vermieter, Mariano Gabiddu, war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten grosse Probleme bei der Anreise, da unser Wagen streikte. Herr Gabiddu war sehr geduldig und hat auf uns gewartet, bis wir mit 2 Tagen Verspätung endlich eintrafen. Übergabe war schnell und unproblematisch. Die Wohnung war wunderbar, hatte genügend Platz für uns. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Die grosse geräumige Terrasse mit der gemütlichen Lounge-, und der geschützten Ess-Ecke laden sehr zum verweilen ein. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub doch noch in vollen Zügen geniessen, dank der wundervollen Unterkunft. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

vacanza mare, amici, vista mare e relax

La casa di Mariano si trova a Marina di Arbus, sopra l'unico bar del villaggio. E' una delle case poste più in alto e questo garantisce sempre una piacevole brezza, pur rimanendo molto vicina alla spiaggia. Offre una bellissima vista mare e tramonto che permette di godersi davvero la posizione. La casa è comoda, 4 stanze, 1 bagno, abbiamo sfruttato molto la terrazza. Comoda la doccia esterna. Tutto corrispondente alla descrizione. Suggeriamo a chi arrivasse ad un'ora tarda, di portarsi beni fondamentali quali acqua, carta igienica e cose simili, in quanto la casa viene consegnata completamente vuota e l'unico, piccolo e caro supermercato si trova nel villaggio vicino raggiungibile in pochi minuti di macchina. Vorrei suggerire ai proprietari di lasciare in casa, oltre ad una piccola scorta di beni di prima necessità, anche alcuni accessori comuni e molto utili che non erano presenti in casa: mestolo di legno, tagliere, presine e strofinacci, posacenere, per es.. Non mi ricordo se nell'accordo fosse previsto il wifi, ma in ogni caso non era disponibile. La linea dati della zona non è perfetta con tutti gli operatori ( vodafone male). Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata davvero positiva. Il mare della Sardegna è favoloso, la zona è tranquillissima, il turismo sardo potrebbe porre un po' più di attenzione e cura del cliente. Ma forse è bella proprio perché è cosi autentica.
