Nice, clean hotel, close to the beach.

We stayed 3 nights. Nice, clean room. Very nice hotel staff, very courteous service. Only thing we missed was inroom safe. We were cincerned about leaving valuables in room, but nothing happened.

Pousada de regular para baixo.

O primeiro quarto que ficamos foi horrível. Pequeno, escuro, cama com pé quebrado, ar cond. não funcionava bem e ainda exalava cheiro de esgoto pelo ralo do banheiro. O segundo quarto foi bem melhor! Mas, os lençois, fronhas e toalhas além de velhas tb eram manchadas de amarelo dando aspecto de mal lavada. Café da manhã fraco (sem variedades).

Cheguei no hotel por volta de 17hs e não tinha quarto disponível conforme eu havia reservado. Tive de aguardar eles arrumar um quarto e colocar uma cama. Quando cheguei no quarto, tinha uma porta onde ficava ar condicionado que não trancava. Quarto ruim Somente depois providenciaram outro quarto que não estava arrumado pois segundo informações camareiras já haviam ido embora. Fiquei aguardando arrumar este quarto para depois entrar. Falta de organização Já me hospedei em outros hotéis e sempre quando chego o quarto já está pronto.

Eu já havia me hospedado neste hotel há mais de 20 anos. Voltei agora e vi que a qualidade caiu muito. O hotel fica muito bem localizado, mas o preço cobrado pela diária (R$ 42O pelo quarto triplo) não compensa, além do hotel estar precisando de muitos cuidados. Há um aspecto de abandono em todos os pontos. O café da manhã é bem fraquinho. Quarto não tem telefone para falar com a portaria.

Apesar da boa localização, da presteza e simpatia dos funcionários, o hotel carece de uma melhoria na sua comunicação, pois fui pego de surpresa com uma taxa de 100 reais para poder me hospedar com meus dois cachorros (eu havia informado sobre os pets quando fiz a reserva, porém não recebi nenhuma devolutiva) -- e mesmo cobrando a taxa, eles não forneceram nada a mais para acomodar os animais (ouvi falar que forneceriam camas para eles, mas em nenhum momento foi-me entregue o objeto). O hotel fornece apenas UMA CHAVE por quarto, o que é um grande incômodo quando tive de fazer atividades em separado de minha companheira. Tanto ela quanto eu tivemos de ir até a recepção para chamar um atendente, para que este subisse conosco ao quarto só para abrir a porta. O hotel não fornece manta ou algum cobertor mais grosso. Ao menos não estava disponível no quarto. E depois de dirigir 900 km num dia, e de ter chamado o atendente para abrir a porta, a última coisa que queria fazer era me deslocar até a recepção de novo para pedir o básico. Falando em básico, o hotel também não disponibilizou sabão! Também não tem toalhas para uso na praia nem mesmo na piscina. O estacionamento é amplo e o café da manhã variado e saboroso.

Estrutura do hotel ruim, principalmente os quartos, pisos manchados e banheiro com poeira antiga no basculante, quartos precisando de reforma, café da manhã com pouca quantidade de cafe, suco de laranja e leite, toda hora acabava e tinhamos que pedir. Quarto de casal só disponibilizam uma toalha de rosto. Nao recomendo.
