Péssima opção de hospedagem. Não deveria estar disponível no hoteis.com. o edifício está em reformas e extremamente sujo. O banheiro do meu quarto fedia e precisei pedir uma limpeza melhor. Cama e roupas de cama deploráveis e com cheiro forte. O prédio está sem luz desde as 15 horas de ontem e já são 09 hors da manhã e nada de voltar. Noite péssima, com muito calor e muriçoca. A equipe é muito simpática, mas pouco pode fazer. A localização é excelente, motivo da minha escolha.

Quando olhamos no site vimos e achamos que o hotel era legal, por ser na orla e pelas fotos, porém quando chegamos lá o hotel estava em reforma, então, já ficamos impactados com a diferença das fotos, fomos para a piscina, ao chegarmos vimos que era igual da foto, mas quando entramos percebermos que estava suja, com terra no fundo devido a obra no local e que a mesma encontrava-se quente, concluímos que não tinha um sistema de filtro pois não era possível a temperatura da água! No quarto, o casal que viajaram com a gente precisou trocar, pois o ar estava quebrado e a telsvisao não funcionava. Outro ponto negativo o café da manhã, as fotos mostravam mesas fartas e várias opções de alimento! Quando chegamos pra comer no primeiro dia, suco azedo poucas opções de frutas e pães, achamos bem fraquinho! Assim, o único ponto positivo foi a localização que é excelente, quanto a serviço o hotel deixou a desejar. Espero que eles melhores para os próximos hóspedes, o hotel é grande e tem uma boa estrutura pra ser um lugar aconchegante. O que compensou a viagem foi a cidade que é maravilhosa, calma, acolhedora e tranquila.

Tive que solicitar estorno do pagamento e me dirigir a outro hotel. Este hotel está em reforma, tudo bagunçado, o quarto com cheiro de mofo, travesseiros mofados. E o pior não consta a informação que o hotel está em reforma. Deveria ser embargado e não poder acomodar nenhum hóspede. Uma pessoa alérgicas sai de lá direto para o hospital. Passei mal quando vi as condições e quando entrei no quarto.

Agradável e Razoável

Me hospedei de 23 a 26.07, tive uma estadia agradável, os funcionários são receptivos e cordiais, o quarto é amplo, o café da manhã apesar de modesto é muito bem preparado e a localização do hotel é excelente. Mesmo estando em reforma, não atrapalhou a estadia, creio que ficará um hotel excelente após concluírem as modificações. As observações negativas são: em algumas partes dos corredores há um odor desagradável (que não chega aos quartos, mas incomoda na passagem), as toalhas são de péssima qualidade e os itens de banho são resumidos aos sabonetes, os travesseiros também já passaram do tempo de serem trocados e os colchões apesar de macios, fazem uma "canoa" no centro; o salão de jogos precisa de mais opções e está um tanto sucateado, a ausência de um estacionamento privativo também poderia ser corrigida. Contudo, se levar em consideração o custo - benefício, vale a pena a hospedagem, ao menos tive boas noites silenciosas e um atendimento muito atencioso.
