Esta hermosa casa de playa incluye ducha exterior. La casa está ubicada en un vecindario súper tranquilo sin tráfico real, ya que está en un tribunal. El primer nivel tiene dos dormitorios y un baño, el segundo nivel tiene sala, comedor y cocina. Master suite con baño principal y armarios enormes. 3 mazos, el más grande en el segundo nivel pero un mazo en cada nivel. La cubierta principal tiene una nueva barbacoa de gas. Nuevos pisos de baldosas en los baños. Techos abovedados de 20 pies en la sala de estar. Chimenea, muebles y luces a medida, lleno de antigüedades y cosas de playa. Siéntese en la terraza trasera para ver las puestas de sol a fines del verano y otoño. En un día despejado puedes escuchar las olas rompiendo. Esta casa de playa está cerca de 70 bodegas y salas de degustación. Diversión para todos! Wonderful! House is spacious, clean, well-appointed, quiet, and a quick walk to the beach. We stayed with our family, and there is even a children’s play corner in the living room with nice toys. The three and six year olds loved them. Perfect beach house.

Peaceful Stay at Aptos

We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at this Aptos house. The rooms and entire home were very clean.The neighborhood was quiet and a three minute walk to the beach. It’s a short drive to Sta. Cruz. We would definitely consider booking this place again in the future.

Fabulous house for a get away

July summer visit in Rio del Mar

Everything was straight forward, easy access, WiFi was great, location to town and beach were convenient, the rental was clean, beautiful, comfortable and fully stocked with all necessities. The surrounding area had a nice coffee shop, a great little grill, a small market as well as scenic cliff trails to hike. David was easy to contact and stay in touch with when needed. We could have stayed there for months. Highly recommended!!
