Getting the room you have to access main door go through two elevators and walk to another building to access your room. The check in process was difficult and there was no staff to help facilitate check in. The room was extremely cramped with furniture in the room.

Spacious apartment ideally located, 15mins to cathedral via shopping area, with parking (extra). We had a problem with the tv which couldn't be fixed but offered compensation.

Gorgeous studio apartment, excellent kitchenette with a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and full fridge. The bed was like sleeping on a dream, I cannot fault this stay.

Apart from the lumpy beginning due to a broken key pad to access the room. It was great. The team sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently, thank you. The room was fantastic v.comfortable and clean. We will be back 😀

Had a very nice stay in this comfortable, modern apartment with plenty of space, hot water and comfy bed. Convenient location near to Opera metro stop. A very good kitchen, although it could do with some new pans... two were unusable as all scratched..and maybe a small bottle of cooking oil so guests can cook without having to buy any. Overall would definitely recommend.

Great location. Super clean. However, we didn’t know that our room is on the other side of the building (there are 2 apartments) and had to transfer lift. We had to carry our 4 luggages up/ down the stairs (like 5-6steps) since their wheelchair/ vertical platform lift wasn’t working. Overall, the room was pretty nice and clean.

The apartment was superbly equipped, spacious, in a good location and generally very clean. The only deduction of one star is rhat the unmanned entrance with just a keypad to access felt a little unsafe as anyone could tailgate - with the lift then requiring no pincode to access all floors. That said once inside we experienced no problems or issue. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay in Belgium. Antwerp railway station was simply amazing. We visited Bruges, Brussels and of course Antwerp. Public transport was great and easy to navigate. People were friendly. We loved the accommodation and that the bedroom was separate along with the toilet and bathroom

Convoluted entry, especially when handling luggage. Found hair in the bed and crumbs on the couch. We were not told about the supply closet and how to access it. No information on how to operate the oven or washer/dryer and no one was available when we tried to start a chat. Location was convenient, but, I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Overall this is a great hotel. I didn't really like that it was all automatic, but actually all the process went perfectly well with no problems. One downside was the toilet paper that was rough.
