I was nervous before we arrived because I read some reviews that said there was mildew in rooms. I’m highly allergic. But thankfully our room was great. We didn’t have AC but we didn’t need it. The courtyard is even more lovely than the photos and we also enjoyed spending time on the roof.

The staff was friendly. Location was great, close to all of the sights in Antigua. Accommodations were nice, clean and I even enjoyed the beautiful rooftop.

Room is clean, great location. Staff okay, professional but not that friendly. One thing I have to mention is that we had room 31 directly underneath the roof restaurant where breakfast is served starting 7am. They would wake us up 6am while they start setting up for breakfast. Very noise and loud. Make sure you are not in one of rooms 28-32.

The staff was very friendly, but, For three adults of us, they had only one hand towel per room, and I requested for another hand towel, but they denied it. There was mold at entrance of room and also lots of mold in bathroom, there’s no fan in it. The amenities were only for one person, they were very tiny. I was expecting a restaurant, but the food was ready made in a like buffet, but being served by someone. Not happy at all! Not planning to comeback.

I had high expectations and still this hotel surprised me. The whole property is decorated with exquisite taste and our room (double) was perfect. We also tried the rooftop restaurant and it was really outstanding.

The first room we were placed in was dark, poor ventilated and with black mold. We requested a change and they moved us to one that was as bad and placed next to their warehouse, with a clogged bathroom and loud sounds of staff from five am. The room was poorly cleaned after several requests, only at 6 pm. The staff did not take responsibility or responded to legitimate concerns of health (black mold!) or even minor requests of a fruit (that we were of course willing to pay) for a hungry toddler. likjn

The hotel was nice. I love the garden inside the hotel. Breakfast was good, but it’s not free. I hope they can offer free breakfast with the price that we paid.
