Hotel Casa Bansley is a lovely, small boutique hotel—clean, beautifully landscaped, and very thoughtfully maintained. The breakfast was great, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The only downside was some road noise in the mornings, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. A peaceful, cozy place I’d happily return to!

Loved this little hotel, it felt like a home away from home. Friendly and accommodating staff and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. The other reviews about the road noise are accurate, but I expect that can be said for other hotels in the city center - bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!!!

The hotel is beautiful. We loved the details and the decor. The staff were friendly and very eager to assist with any of our questions. Our room was extremely clean and the housekeeper did an excellent job cleaning the room during our stay. The food was delicious. The welcome letter left by the owner was really nice. Magical property. The staff (Ana Maria, Karolina, Saulo, Manuel, Gustavo & Julia) treated us like family. The art work and garden was beautiful. The room was comfortable, large and the attention to detail was extraordinary. Can't wait to go back and stay there again and visit the most beautiful hotel and staff in the world.
