Beautiful house in the in the heart of Cap d'Antibes in a parc (condo), with swimming pool and tennis. 5 minutes walk from Hotel du Cap Eden Roc and Plage de la Garoupe. House is approximately 90sqm/960sqft with a garden of 600sqm/6500sqft.

Spacious living / dining room, large bay windows opening onto the garden, fully equipped kitchen.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms including:

Fantastic accommodation furnished and decorated with great taste and comfort, very well equipped and all of it near a top standing beach. The residence is quiet, comfortable and secured - the whole area is very safe - and you have a sense of privacy we have rarely experienced. The unit is very well equipped and exactly as advertised. Perfect for a family of 4 with two small children (they need to share a big bed) or two couples. Fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen, we cooked every night meats or fish from the butcher and fishmonger nearby, just like at home. The pool and tennis court are rarely busy so you can enjoy them any time.Free parking inside the complex attributed to the unit so nothing to worry about in that sense. The landlady is incredibly responsive and helpful, very kind too.

FABULOUS PLACE, one of our best VRBO experiences

So many positive things to say: - wonderful, modern, comfortable, beautifully furnished unit - terrific location within a 5 minute walk to the beach, although we were always able to park even though it was August - Plage de la Garoupe was the best beach with crystal clear water, powdery sand all the way out and no waves (we planned on trying different beaches but saw no point atfer the first day) - convenient pool with shower in the small complex, also a tennis court - washer in the unit - private backyard and deck area with sun cover to relax Yes, the beach is crowded in August (recommend the small cove to the left, where there are sticks in the sand and fewer people), but not bothersome. Mind the mosquitoes, we had planned to play tennis but it was both too hot plus getting bitten. We also highly recommend Antibes overall as a place to be on the French Riviera, great town with a nice center a quick drive away. In short, we would 100% come back to this unit the next time we visit the French Riviera!!!

Perfect in every way!

Check-in, location, and the actual apartment were all beyond expectations. The apartment was clean and better than represented in the photos. Walking distance to shops, beaches, and restaurants. We will be back for sure!

perfect family vacation in Cap D’Antibes

We just returned from a great week spent in Cap D’Antibes with my family… The house was very comfortable with 2 brand-new baths, fully equipped kitchen (although we didn’t cook bc there are good restaurants in walking distance), a large and open living & dining space. The 2 bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet as was the entire property. The apartment opens up onto a very large and landscaped backyard that was perfect for relaxing. The pool was large and clean. The tennis court was a plus for us. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Merci, Karine!
