This apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is located on the 12th floor with lift access.
Facing Lake Annecy, it offers unbeatable views of the 14 July fireworks and the Fête du Lac.
The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (180x200 cm) and the second has two single beds. A sofa bed is available in the living room.
You can enjoy the terrace after a lovely day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a television, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine and a raclette machine...
The bathroom has a bath and the toilet is separate.
Linen will be provided for your stay, including bed linen, towels and kitchen tea towels.
There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is right at the foot of the building. Bike hire is available nearby (there is a superb cycle path that goes all the way round the lake).

Gorgeous view, great location within walking distance to Annecy old city center. Good large unit. Parking was very hard to find initially. Needed better instructions. Although the unit was generally clean, the furniture was quite dated and in need of deep cleaning. The curtains were dirty, tattered and frayed. There are some easy updates that would make this a 5 star.
