One of the two bedrooms has a king-size bed (160x200) and the other has two single bunk beds.

The apartment is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine and a raclette machine...
The bathroom has a shower and the toilet is separate.
Linen will be provided for your stay, including bed linen, towels and kitchen tea towels.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance; you won’t need a car for the duration of your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bicycle hire is available nearby (there’s a superb cycle path that goes all the way round the lake).
🅿️ The flat is located on a pedestrianised street. Parking is available at the Bonlieu underground car parks (short-stay rates apply).

Appartement tres bien equipé decoré avec gout coorespondait à nos attentes pour un weekend en famille , situé en plein centre . seul bemol , le temps qui n 'était pas avec nous ce weekend la . autre bemol , mais qui n'est pas du ressort de l hote , les communs qui ont besoin d 'étre sérieusement rafraichis

Appartement 4 rue du Pâquier Annecy
Très bel et vaste appartement, très bien situé à proximité du lac et du vieil Annecy.
L'appartement est parfaitement équipé avec 2 grandes chambres confortables.
un grand séjour avec parquet ancien qui donne un vrai cachet au logement.
Le parking Bonlieu est à 2 pas donc bien pour le véhicule.
Je recommande vivement !
