This home was perfect! Great view! Mgmt team was quick to respond! Fully stocked kitchen, towels, beach chairs and noodles. The pool and spa were great! We had such a lovely time! Quiet area and less crowded beach area! Can’t wait to come back!!

Vacation 2024 AMI

We really loved the location of the house. It would have been a perfect stay if the beach chairs had been provided. We had to pack 8 beach chairs into 2 SUV’s with all our luggage and that was more of job than necessary going on vacation. Overall, we would rent again.

Close to the beach

The location of the house to the beach was fantastic! Great for kids to make a short walk to the beach many times per day, if wanted. The sunset views are great and very peaceful. The house does need remodeled to more current decor and had an older, not as clean feel. The floor throughout the house when wet or has sand on it, is a major slip hazard. The outdoor pool area needs a more shaded area so it can be enjoyed. This issue is why we will not stay at this location again. We spend a lot of time at the pool and have stayed at other locations on AMI with a better outside area. However, If you want close to the beach and short walk, this is the place to stay. We enjoyed our time on AMI.

Perfect Location and Layout

This beachfront property was perfect for our family. Four bedrooms and the huge open layout of the living room, kitchen, and dining area gave us plenty of room for the 7 of us. The pool and spa were a great bonus

Perfect Escape

Our family had a great stay! Home is ideal with just a few steps to the beach. Very spacious with plenty of room to stretch out. The pool was a wonderful reprieve from the sand in the afternoons. Highly recommend!

Beach stay

Very clean, perfect location. A little annoying that a place that cost $8 k per week uses the cheapest toilet paper and paper towels made and no extra trash bags or a dish cleaning sponge. In their defense, this is stated up front in the listing. Small expense to purchase these items myself. Best location on the island. We have stayed in eight other locations on the north end, and this is best. Pool and hot tub are small but serve the purpose. We had coffee on the outside table every morning. Perfect sunsets every evening.

Florida fix❣️

My husband an myself throughly enjoyed a week With one daughter and daughter in law. We sampled a different restaurant every night and enjoyed the days either biking , reading, walking the beautiful beach.
