Stains and fines

The pull out couch the cushions had stains all over them. The room came with no sheets or comforter or pillows for the pullout bed even though we booked the room for 5 people. The table in the desk area was broken and even thought I told the front desk they fined me because I was the last one to book the room when it was discovered to be broken when it was not us.
