Hotels.com dan rezervasyon yaptırdım . Otele gittiiğimde otel kapalıydı ve param alınmıştı karttan kesinlikle kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum hotels. Com adice çalışan bir firmadır.

decent hotel that matches its price

I went to visit my family and we stay for approximately two weeks. The breakfast was amazing and we like the hotel's strategic location which gave access to restaurants, shopping centers, and businesses. This hotel provides free wifi that authenticates users upon connection. It was very annoying to the authentication processes after a couple of minutes of inactivity, specially if you rely on VoIP services such as Viber or whatsapp. We also had problem communicating with the hotel's staff and administration because they know little or no English. A quick solution was to use Google Translate to write a sentence in English and have it translated back to Turkish. Our room is relatively clean and in good condition, facing a parking lot towards Ataturk blvd. Next to the parking lot is a building complex with backyards they keep roosters in. I did not mind the rooster's sound early in the morning but perhaps others might find it annoying. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and understood that we got what we paid for.

5 étoiles affichées mais 2 en réalité. L'hôtel devait être bien à l'époque mais il a mal vieilli. Personnel peu accueillant (même pas un thé à l'accueil alors que j'ai attendu pour ma chambre) et peu éduqué. Clientèle bruyante, s'interpellant aussi bien au petit déjeuner que dans la nuit. Piscine en réfection (j'ai eu l'information en arrivant, bien joué!). Seuls points positifs: un petit déjeuner correct et un tarif acceptable si on passe par Expedia (car la chambre pour une personne est officiellement affichée à... 109 euros!).

Hei! Jeg var i Ankara på grunn av,jeg skulle møte med venner og tilfelle har bestilt et rom fra Sürmeli hotel. Jeg synes det var riktig valg av meg på grunn at gode pris og hyggelig velkomst,personale veldig hjelpsom og hyggelige.Rommene er veldig rene og komfortable og hotelen ligger i mitt på byen....!

Sigara içilmez istememe rağmen, önce yoğun derecede sigara kokan bir odaya yerleştirilmek istendim. Gerekçe başka oda olmamasıydı. Daha sonra ısrarlarım neticesin sigara kokmayan bir odaya verildim. Genel olarak odanın havası ağırdı. İlk sabah büyük bir grup olmasından dolayı kahvaltıda çay ve bardak problemi yaşandı. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardım severdi. Personelin çabası sayesinde bu durum can sıkıcı olmaktan kurtuldu. Oda kapıları çok zor açılıyor.

Sürmeli otellerinin en kötüsüydü. Odamda yatak hsriç diğer yerler pek iç açıcı değildi. Otel eski. Asansöre ilk bindiğimde bozuldu. Sadece çalışanlar iyiydi.

Bu otelde Mil alamazsınız. Dikkat

Internet üzerinden rezervasyon yaptırdığım için ikinci defadır miles and smiles millerimi bu otelde işletemiyorum miles and smiles ile illa ya kapıdan giriş yapmam ya da suit oda tutmam gerekiyormuş. güya internet zaten indirimliymiş. ama thy sitesine girdiğinizde böyle bir şey yazmıyor. kaldıki diğer anlaşmalı otellerde böyle bir şey yok yani pahalı fiyat öde sana mil satalım diyorlar. olacak iş değil.
