Well ı can say for staff 10/10 they ate very friendly helpful but unfortunately hotel tecnıcally terrible very old and so manythings broken or not working also something so silly for example you can’t watch tv if you want watch football impossible because of some reason match channel private if you want pay and watch again impossible it is so silly you can’t watch free channels TRT 1 because of silly reason as o say hotel tecnıcally terrible shower tap and shower facilities terrible bed not comfortable you can find another hotel cheaper and more quality

I stayed two nights there. The best thing about this place is its location. The room lights were terrible. Actually not enough lights in the bathroom that could even shave. Breakfast was awful no fresh fruits, juices and tea tasted bad and no coffee at all. Air conditioning didn’t work. It was like a 3 star hotel.

Room was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were good. Only negative point is they advertised as theirs room has air-condition but it was actually heating only. So keep in mind you looking for air con room then this hotel is not for you.

In spite of good outlook, internally not okey

Pros: - centralized location, close to subway & bus stop to airport, great breakfast Cons: - stuff is not adequate (receptionist trying to joke with guest in stead of fostering check in process), rooms are out of date and dusty furniture. Firstly offered room has bad smell due to the AC problems (receptionist knew about it), another room was with broken window locks. Inside lightening was weak.

Özkan and his team

Very nice and welcoming staff, specially Özkan who is the manager of the Hotel. He is so helpful and tries always to find out if there is anything you may need help, even after staying like ordering taxi or if you want to visit anywhere in the city. This guy and other staff make Ismira Hotel amazing. The hotel is very clean and cleaners are there everyday. The location is best according to my opinion because yiu have everything you may need nearby, cafeterias, restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, barbershops, train station and so on. Free buffet breakfast is always there and you can enjoy your turkish tea countless.

The employees at the reception and the staff are really Nice especially a guy name Hamza. He works at the reception, he is really professional, speak English since we can’t speak Turkish , very polite, and so helpful person . He always has a positive attitude and provides help on the spot when we needed .
