Upstairs: 2 bedrooms comprising a bathroom and toilet each: 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90x190cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), desk on the landing. Central heating included. Electricity at extra charge. Bed linen rental. Optional housecleaning service: 35€. Located 15 minutes away from Rouen and 7 km away from the Zoological Park of Clères, in a quite setting, this holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house, has an independent entrance and a 500 m² private enclosed garden. The owners have managed to preserve the soul of this old building dating back to 1850 while giving it comfort and modernity.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a flat-screen TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
