What I didn't like was that house keeping knocks once then opens door to walk in with out giving u a chance to go open the door. I was on the bed, heard the knock and she had already tried to walk in before I was able to get to the door.

Avoid an unrenovatee room.

Staff were very nice! However, we were in an older room. This room has an arched window above the balcony door. It faced out toward the parking lot, so the room could not get dark. Bathroom and furniture are quite dated but clean.

Staff are great. There are always people cleaning. Room was clean but almost no balcony, standing room only. Couldn’t get the ac unit to stay on, kept going on and off. Our room was very noise and it made it hard to sleep. Paid for an upgrade in building 1, but was given a different room entirely in a different building that was dated and far from where we wanted to be. Great property for families with kids, great pool and splash pad.

The room was okay, the view of the fireworks was spectacular. It was a very convenient walk to and from Disneyland. We had a toddler and were able to come back to the room for a nap and head back into the park with ease. You can’t beat the location and the price. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Upgraded rooms, clean, lots of towels. Walking distance to Disneyland, 7-10 minutes. Pool area is great for kids. Would stay here again for Disneyland trip!
