The staff was wonderful, the location is good; walking distance to the free Toy Story Shuttle. The overall experience was fine, but the included breakfast was grab and go bread, fruit, cereal or yogurt because the regular breakfast room was under construction. We booked this location because of the free breakfast, but had to supplement our breakfast anyway.

Being honest we was very disappointed about our stay! Breakfast was the reason why we chose your hotel because your expansive food choices for breakfast and laundry on site. We didn't expect paying extra money from our pocket for breakfast and description on website was inaccurate. And to carry the laundry far away to wash We brought big group for 9 days and everyone is very upset to being misinformed

Room photos were not even that. Hotel was old and dingy with a distinctive smell. It said it served hot breakfast which was a lie. Water was cold until the very last day of stay, which I was never informed until the day I arrived. They stated an email was sent. I have proof of the only email I received was about checking in.

We had a 1 room suite and that was the main reason we booked this hotel, so I could have a quiet place for our toddler to go to sleep earlier than us. The room was very quiet over all. The only thing that could be better was the breakfast.

Definitely an older property with dated rooms, however they are starting to work on this which is a plus. The property was having problems with their boiler system which unfortunately kept us up and a few other guests from what we are told for a couple nights, but we were moved to a different room and the problem was remedied within a day or two. Only issue we really had was the water pressure, but once again it is an older property and we were on the top floor so, to a certain extent it is to be expected. Overall a good property that is very close to parks, Transit and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and if we are in the area again, would probably seriously consider staying again.

Construction going on all day in the parking lot, the noises were so loud. and the fumes from the heavy equipment permeated into the room. These rooms are not insulated you can hear what everyone is doing above, below, outside and in the parking lot. There were bugs in the bathroom and the bathtub would not drain. The boiler went down so there was no hot water for 6 hours. A disaster of a stay! I would like to say that the staff were amazing! Friendly and so accommodating and always in a good mood.

BEWARE!!! I booked this hotel mostly because of the HOT breakfast offered, and PAID extra for it, but when we checked in we were told it wasn’t available because of remodeling- - we were not aware of this, they didn’t reach out to us to inform us about this?? They offered cold cereal, donuts, bread ( no toaster), yougurt, fruit. Myself can’t eat gluten, which is in most of what was offered- - therefore we had to go to Denny’s for a HOT breakfast. That’s my only complaint.

Friendly staff from housekeeping to front lobby to security guard to dining staff for breakfast. Truly appreciate our stay. Clean rooms, no issues at all. This is our second stay and it has been wonderful!
