Situated just a few blocks from the iconic InterContinental Amstel Amsterdam Hotel, this spacious and well-appointed flat provides the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and style near the city center.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is ideal for families, business travelers, or anyone visiting the city for both work and leisure. A dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay productive during your stay.

The living room features a cozy sofa, three armchairs, and a large-screen smart TV with access to a wide selection of streaming services including Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, HBO, Showtime, Disney+, CNN, Fox, and more.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home: a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, Aarke soda maker, blender, kettle, and a full set of utensils and cookware.

The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and overlooks the Amstel River, creating a serene setting for a restful night. The second bedroom features a double bed and also offers peaceful river views.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay.

Our apartment is located directly across from the scenic Amstel River, in a peaceful and historic neighborhood. Despite its calm surroundings, the vibrant heart of Amsterdam is just a short walk away.

You’ll find everything you need nearby, including supermarkets, shops, a wide range of restaurants, cafés, and bars. Most of Amsterdam’s top attractions are within a comfortable 5–20 minute walk, and nearby tram and metro stations make getting around the city a breeze.
We want you to have an amazing stay, but we also ask that you respect our property and the neighbors. Please follow these house rules:

1. Please respect the check-in and check-out time.
2. No parties or large gatherings allowed.
3. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 10:00 am.
4. No illegal substances or activities allowed.
5. No smoking anywhere in the apartment.
6. No pets allowed.
7. Please be careful not to damage the furnishings or ornaments.
8. Please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the apartment and
before you checkout.
9. Please take care to close windows and lock the door securely behind you
when you’re not in.
10. Please wash your dishes.
11. Please take out the trash when you leave.
