Really nice hotel! Modern and clean the staff was kind and helped make our stay even better. Breakfast was buffet style and a little pricy but the food and coffee was all pretty good! The location is a short walk to a metro station making travel very convenient the area seemed safe and quiet

Excellent breakfast. Clean rooms and very comfortable. Tram, train and metro are 5 minutes away. There is a nice park across from the hotel. I saw taxis in front of the hotel at all times. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s not in the center of town but using public transportation was easy.

The room was good and clean. The location was good for transport to both city center and airport since train, subway and trams nearby. We used the third extra bed which was good too. Everything was good but not suffiently good to motivate the price we paid, but it seemed all Amsterdam was heavily booked this night that may explain this.

Reception staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble including arranging a last minute early check in, offering basic toiletries after our luggage was delayed at the airport and extra blankets on request. Easy access to train station and to central Amsterdam. Would highly recommend.
