Super helpful and friendly staff. Was nice to be able to drop my luggage off before check-in and leave it after checkout until it was time to go to the airport. Had an issue with the electricity in my room and had to be moved, but was upgraded to larger suite. Couldn't figure out how to open the balcony door for the life of me. Price is definitely because of the location; it's not as polished as I expected it to be. Worth it tho, because it's connected to Ziggo Dome and it was nice being able to head right to my room after the show was over without worrying about cabs or whatever. I added breakfast on one day and it was OK; I think my amerikan expectations were the problem because for that price in the US it's usually a hot buffet with omelet and waffle stations and such. This was mostly cold foods, but there was a self-serve pancake and waffle making station, fresh squeezed juices, and the pastries were super fresh and yummy.

Great location for a concert

Room very comfortable, perfect location for the ziggodome- literally next door! Drinks were quite expensive in the hotel but the location was very good.

While the property was overbooked the team did a wonderful job ensuring that my experience was taken care of and had a place to stay in a different hotel which was convenient for me and ensured I was taken there safely and at no additional costs. This is an absolutely excellent place to stay for events in the area as it is right beside the queues for ziggo done and the stadium

This place was surprisingly comfortable. It’s there for the venues it serves and appears fairly minimalist. However, the room was comfortable and, while crowded, the bar was atmospheric. Breakfast is a little disappointing but adequate. My only real complaint is that when ordering in the bar you seem to wait a lot longer if you use the online system - far better to shoulder your way to the bar which seems rather perverse. We did eventually catch one of the servers and finally got our order long after those who’d arrived after us and gone straight to the bar.

I was attending a concert at the Ziggo Dome and Jaz in the City Amsterdam is right next door, so very convenient. The restaurant is small, but the food is tasty and nicely priced. The front staff was friendly and rewarded a well timed joke with a free beer card! Room was excellent…clean, lovely shower, and nice coffee. 7 minute walk to a metro station that is only 15 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station. Excellent price too.

Really nice music themed venue. Rooms were as you'd expect from this kind of hotel, good size, clean, comfy bed. Only bad point was that there wasn't a mirror near a good amount of lighting. One on the door but not much light and the bathroom ones were ok but the lighting was too dim. Otherwise great location with short walk to the station & lots of food places & shops nearby & of course two big music venues & the football stadium next door. Staff were super helpful & very polite.
