The staff was great! The room and hotel were a bit dated. We had to switch rooms as our room was 29 degrees and the airconditioning couldn't keep up. Overall clean and good location to the airport and Aalsmeer.

The hotel is well located for easy transfer with the hotel shuttle bus to and from the terminal for an overnight stay. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise in terms of the quality and range of items available and can satisfy even a vegan. Staff were friendly and helpful in answering questions.

The only two things I like about this hotel: a delicious breakfast with many options and comfy mattress. Other than that, it's an outdated hotel that needs a lot of work. Walls and floors in my room were extremely dirty, no bed side tables, no shampoo/condition (just hand soap).

Great hotel. Close to airport. We really appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport. It was free to the hotel and cost 12 euros for the way back. (2 adults and a child). If you want to go for an awesome walk along some cute canals there is a little town close by with restaurants and supermarkets. Maybe 25 minutes

Disappointing for the price. The room and hotel seem to be poorly maintained, dripping faucets, clogged sink and shower drains, and the room was not thoroughly cleaned from the previous guests. Will book elsewhere the next time I stay near Schipol.
