Beautiful resort, clean, sunny, spacious, surrounded by nature. An amazing breakfast!!!! Very friendly services. The location is not beach front, but it has a lovely lake with kayak and stand up boards, swimpool and relaxing areas to hang out.

The ambiance is very nice and relaxing. The rooms are well-kept and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the service at dining was very slow, when food or drinks were ordered it took some time, and it was only 4 of us ordering at the time. I can only imagine if it was busier. If this can be improved on it would be great.

Hotel com ótima estrutura, funcionários extremamente prestativos e cordiais. Chegamos a cidade de carro,por volta das 21:00 e a recepcionista estava nos aguardando para checkin. Desde o primeiro momento até nossa saída não houve nada que pudesse desagradar. Café da manha colonial, mesa posta para os hóspedes com cardápio, mas também com buffet disponível. Hotel oferece refeições durante o dia e um diferencial é uma pequena ilha particular onde os hóspedes podem ter um jantar reservado com músico. Único ponto foi a chegada até o hotel,pois devido a época chuvosa, as ruas ao redor não tem asfalto, então cria poças de água e algumas bem fundas. Quase perdemos o carro, então é uma melhor opção alugar 4x4 ou evitar dias de chuva.

Sem dúvidas a equipe do hotel é muito bem treinada para o atendimento. Muita cortesia e gentileza. Fiquei nas acomodações Premium jacuzzi e comfort. Ambas bem estruturadas, com cama confortável. Premium jacuzzi com espaço bem mais amplo e comfort bem reduzida. Muitas coisas estão de acordo com a categoria do estabelecimento. Entretanto, alguns detalhes não estão compatíveis com o preço praticado. Suíte Premium jacuzzi tinha a banheira com algumas saídas de ar da hidro inoperantes. Suporte para toalhas inexistente no banheiro. Chuveiro totalmente fora do padrão do hotel, sendo uma duchinha Zagonel e ainda mal posicionada, direcionando a água para o blindex, dificultando o banho. No quarto comfort, mesma situação com o chuveiro e ainda pude observar uma casa de maribondo na parte interna do banheiro (basculante). Café da manhã do hotel é excelente. Porém, a cozinha do hotel não foi uma boa experiência para mim. Valores elevados e que não entregam nem perto do que prometem. Pedi um prato que envolvia polvo, lagosta e outros frutos do mar e foi bem abaixo do esperado. 200 reais por um prato que parecia sobra de frutos do mar. Nem bem quente o prato foi servido. Uma decepção bem grande. Destaque para o lago com caiaques grátis. É uma atividade bem interessante. Sabe aquela pergunta: Retornaria ao hotel? Pois bem, fico em dúvida. Porque pelo preço praticado precisa de bastantes ajustes. Apesar de ser um espaço incrível em contato com a natureza. Mas tudo que mencionei afeta o CxB.

Hospedagem top em Icaraizinho

Segunda vez que me hospedo com a família (esposa e duas filhas) e o hotel supera minhas expectativas. Em que pese não ser pé na areia, não fica tão distante que ainda fica a uma pernada. Café da manhã excelente, variado e saboroso, atendimento sempre simpático, atencioso e gentil. A lagoa com caiaques e stand-up paddles é um grande atrativo, que diverte adultos e crianças. Quadra de beach-tennis, muito verde e jardins. O restaurante também melhorou o menu em relação à primeira vez, oferecendo mais opções. Enfim, para mim vale cada centavo investido.

Ficamos na Suíte comfort, o hotel deveria colocar uma tela de proteção na varanda, especialmente na parte inferior do amparo da varanda pq pais com criança que engatinham não podem deixar a criança na varanda pois podem cair passando pela brecha da madeira que dão proteção. No mais, hotel agradável, pouco afastado do centro para ir a pé, especialmente a noite que as ruas são bem escuras. Funcionários prestativos e cordiais.

Hotel muito bom!

O hotel em geral é muito bom. Sei ponto forte é a simpatia dos funcionários, sempre dispostos a informar e oferecer algo mais. O quarto classic, que ficamos, é pequeno, mas vale pelo custo benefício. O café da manhã é sortido e também varia ao longo dos dias. O restaurante do hotel tem um excelente spaguetti com camarão, embora o peixe seja muito ruim (peixe branco, não compre). Nos deram um cartão personalizado de boas vindas! Para quem vai de carro, tudo bem. Caso contrário, não opte por esse hotel. É silencioso e seguro.
