While the room was clean, it wasn't the room we reserved. Instead of the king size bed that was reserved, we received two double beds. While the bathroom was clean, there was no heat in the bathroom, so it would be cold while taking a bath or shower. Plus, it was obvious there had been repairs made in the bathroom. Because of other signs, it's obvious the entire facility is dated, and could use updates or improvements. And the one thing I found odd was the absence of a phone and a clock in the room. Never have I stayed anywhere that didn't have a phone and clock in the room until that Quality Inn. While it is close to BSA, our destination, my wife and I won't be staying there again.
