There was a slight mix up with information sent from Expedia to the hotel. The staff was amazing, got it fixed in a few minutes and treated us like family. We visit the area a few times a year, and we will definitely stay here again! Close to the mall, free breakfast, and comfortable beds. It's everything you need in a hotel stay, in Amarillo.

Smelled like sewage, huge spaces around door openings letting in light and noise. Carpet filthy, old food left in fridge. Do not believe good ratings, this place is terrible. Avoid.

Internet did not work for us in room or by front desk! First time we have had that issue. Front desk tried to help to no avail. Loved having two separate tv’s in two rooms! Breakfast was good! Hotel staff was friendly.
