We stayed one night. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I loved the jetted tub. We had a room that opened into the pool area. That was a nice surprise. All staff we encountered were pleasant.

Front desk was friendly, 3pleasant encounters. The rooms could use updating especially bathtub. You could tell it’s an older building from tile. The hallway and doors need redone. Mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but pillows and blankets were cozy! My sister worked in a hotel so checked and no bed bugs! everything was clean and fine. I absolutely loved loved loved the main buildings. The restaurant and bar looked lovely, the ponds, the ballrooms and courtyards and everything are beautiful. The heated indoor pool was the best thing ever! I love to swim at night. Was like bath water. But apparently the hot tub has been out of order for years? There was also a kiddie pool. Good place for gatherings. If the hotel rooms matched the quality of the rest of the hotel it would be perfection!

The staff was great. There was a moldy coffee in the coffee pot and the room was cold. The heat did not work. I didnt say anything i had my grandkids and did not want to go thru the struggle of moving rooms. And they also shouldn't tell you, you have pool access from your room if you have to walk a good distance around to get through the gate of the pool.If I knew that I would have just got the other room that was twenty dollars a night cheaper.And just walked down the hall, the same amount of distance.

The outside of the property was decent and lobby, as well as the restaurant and lounge were very nice. That's where it all ends. There was not ample parking for disabled/handicapped. My room was meh. The bathroom was disgusting. Had to fight to get the water on in the shower. The sheers behind the blackout curtain looked like several feral cats were set free and had those sheers torn to shreds, literally. I won't be staying there again. It was more like a $60 room, and that is being generous.

I have stayed there twice while dealing with my late father's assets. The first time the hallway had a strong paint smell and the room smelled musty. The second time the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke the entire stay and my bathroom sink would not drain.

It was ok. Even though I was an hour early, they made me wait until after the check-in time. Cleaning crew running late. The sheer curtain behind the black-out curtain was disintegrating/shredded. The tub needed a rubber mat. It was very slippery & I nearly fell.

Room needs updated esp. the bathroom. Heavily stained shower curtain & shower head. Just don't understand why hotels like this one don't change their dirty shower curtains frequently.
