Pousada boa, bonita e limpa. Excelente lugar para descansar. Piscina com agua aquecida e area verde ampla e muito bonita. As araras azuis visitam a pousada em todo o tempo durante o dia. O café da manhã é bem caseiro e saboroso. O estacionamento fica perto dos quartos mas é descoberto e nao tem mensageiro para ajudar com as bagagens. Ao sair da pousada em qualquer tempo é necessario deixar a chave do quarto na recepcao e não gostei muito disso. Achei desnecessário. A fechadura do quarto que fiquei achei bem frágil e insegura. É preciso melhorar mais nesses aspectos. A pousada não possui área de lazer e recreação infantil nem possui academia. Penso que pelo preco da diária essa infraestrutura de recreação infantil e academia seria indispensável. Não concordei com a cobrança da taxa de 10% de serviço do valor total da diária, sendo que as recepcionistas falam da taxa como sendo obrigatória mas não é. É aquela taxa facultativa de 10% por satisfação, mas acho abusiva não informar que a taxa é facultativa e ainda cobrar mais 10% de tudo que já foi pago sendo que é obrigação da pousada prestar um excelente servico se estamos pagando a diária independente do pagamento dos 10%. Quando pesquisei antes da viagem vi que tinham muitas reclamações sobre essa cobranca e muitos pagam achando que é obrigatória e saem insatisfeitos.

Quatro diárias em meio de semana, ou seja, pousada mais vazia. Ainda assim, dava para ouvir toda a movimentação das suítes vizinhas e do lado de fora. O isolamento acústico não é bom. A localização é ótima, a decoração e estrutura são acolhedoras. Quanto à equipe, nossa experiência foi excelente com recepcionistas e pessoal da cozinha. Quanto às camareiras sugiro um pouco mais de cuidado, pois precisamos pedir algumas coisas que faltavam. Recomendo a pousada, inclusive pelo custo x benefício, mas se você for uma pessoa que se incomoda muito com barulho, acredito que sairá insatisfeita.

Não volto. Viajo bastante a trabalho ou lazer, e NUNCA me cobraram (mesmo sendo opcional), uma TAXA DE SERVIÇO de 10% (não especificada em lugar algum no site). Me senti constrangido e acabei pagando pois a atendente já colocou nos gastos extras sem nem me perguntar se eu aceitava. Total falta de respeito. Como estava a passeio, não quis discutir valores, apesar de ser meu direito. Enfim, não volto e não recomendo, pois JAMAIS tinha visto algo do tipo em acomodações que eu ja fiquei em todo o Brasil.

Colchões duros e café da manhã medíocre. É preciso deixar o chuveiro ligado por 5 minutos até sair água morna. Nenhuma boa vontade para alterações de última hora no plano (e isso por R$ 1.000/noite). Isso pode ser feito melhor.
