In the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, at the Müritz National Park in
Mecklenburg, the old town known for its agricultural history museum
Schwerin. Here you will find time and peace to relax. Enjoy
the nature, wide fields, shimmering lakes and inviting forests.
Our holiday apartment is located on Lake Plauer See near Lake Tauchow
the Drewitzer See. About 1000 meters away is the island of Werder
with a jetty of the passenger ship, a fishing pond and a
Fishing with own restaurant. Immediately in the village there is
other 3 restaurants.
Over 1000 lakes and a meadows and forests rich in landscape do not invite
only nature lovers for cycling (4 in-house bicycles available),
Hiking, golf (3 x 18 hole + 9 hole + driving range), swimming and fishing
(within walking distance). Water sports enthusiasts will find one of the largest
Water sports reps of Europe (large Stehrevier for surfers, surf, kite,
Water skiing and wakeboarding school in the immediate vicinity).

Our apartment has a modern furnished on the ground floor
Living room and a dining area. A 3-seater, 2-seater and the
adjustable TV armchairs form a cozy living room atmosphere,
which invites you to relax. The two bedrooms, each with a
Double bed as well as wardrobe and adjacent night tables
are located in the attic. The apartment
has 2 shower baths. One is located on the ground floor and the
others in the attic. After an eventful day you can visit
our approximately 30 square meter sun terrace (east to south-west orientation)
relax in our small wellness area the day with
Saunagang.

Die Ferienwohnung und ihr Zustand waren perfekt. Der Empfang, die Übergabe und die Betreuung während des gesamten Aufenthalten durch die Eltern der Vermieterin, die auf dem Nachbargrundstück leben, war nicht zu überbieten.Der Vater brachte uns sofort am ersten Tag die 4 Fahrräder auf "Vordermann", die zum Objekt gehören. Allerdings sind die etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten evtl. durch E-Bikes ersetzt werden, die man dann gegen einen Aufpreis bei Bedarf separat buchen könnte.Der Hit war außerdem die Sauna mit separater Außendusche, die in der Hausbeschreibung noch ergänzt werden könnte.Wir kommen nicht zuletzt auch wegen der Ruhe, der schönen Umgebung und den vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gerne wieder

Schöne Ferienwohnung in reizvoller Umgebung...

Unsere Unterkunft war eine schöne großzügige Ferienwohnung über zwei Ebenen. Im Erdgeschoß befinden sich Bad und Wohnküche, im Obergeschoß ein zweites Bad und zwei Schlafzimmer. Im Haus befindet sich eine weitere Ferienunterkunft; man stört sich jedoch gegenseitig nicht, teilt sich nur einen gemeinsamen Vorraum. Die Wohnküche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet; ein paar Steckdosen mehr würden aber nicht schaden, denn man hat leider nur eine Steckdose an der Couch und mehrere Steckdosen in der Küche, sodass man hoffen muss, dass das eigene Kabel (z.B. für den Laptop) von der Länge her reicht, wenn man am Tisch etwas erledigen will. Die Couch lädt zu gemütlichen Stunden ein; ein großer Eßzimmertisch ist für 4 Personen ausreichend. Ein großer Fernseher und Internet per WLAN lassen alle Möglichkeiten der Unterhaltung offen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet; Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirrspüler, Eier-/Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden. Von der Wohnküche aus hat man Zugang zur großzügigen Terrasse, die mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie Grill zu entspannten Stunden einlädt. Im Obergeschoß befinden sich die Schlafzimmer; beide mit einer Doppelbettanlage und Kleiderschrank sowie Nachttischschränkchen. Die Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern gegen unliebsame Eindringlinge versehen. Fahrräder kann man in einem gesonderten abschließbaren Raum unterbringen. Vor dem Haus befinden sich zwei Parkplätze; wenn beide belegt sind, ist etwas Rangieren erforderlich.

Gute und ruhige Lage

Eine schöne Wohnung in der wir uns wohl fühlten. Abzüge hinsichtlich Fliegengitter, da in keinem Schlafraum installiert, bei Schrägfenstern in der Tat schwer zu händeln, doch auch im anderen Schlafraum sind keine vorhanden, tw. im Wohnzimmer auch kaputt. Schade, dass die Gartensitzauflagen im Schuppen auf dem Boden lagern und nicht innen, daher schnell verschmutzt. Die Backofentür würde sich sicher über eine Reinigung freuen, ebenso die Dunstabzugshaube. Daher einen Stern Abzug. Sonst gut ausgestattet, von der Küche bis zum Bad gut durchdacht.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern, es fehlt an nichts, wir fühlten uns in der chick eingerichteten Wohnküche sehr wohl . Selbst Mikrowelle und Gefrierschrank sind vorhanden. Die großzügige Terrasse im rechten Winkel ist auch super für Sonne und Schatten, ganz wie man möchte. Zum einkaufen fährt man in den nächst größeren Ort, die Frühstücksbrötchen kauft man im Dörpladen, 1 Minute entfernt. Die Gegend ist so so schön , wir haben Natur pur erlebt, viele Tiere beobachten können , wenn man sich nur entsprechend leise bewegt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel in dem schönen modern eingerichteten Haus. Das Haus hat genügend Platz für 4 Personen und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist toll ...viel Ruhe und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Im Winter ist natürlich die Sauna absolut Klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
