Sobre un terreno de pura privacidad y exclusividad de 25.000 metros cuadrados ( 2,5 héctareas) con una preciosa combinación de jardines y bosques , con abundancia de árboles frutales, flores y plantas autóctonas, descansa esta lujosa villa, que tiene capacidad para 10 personas.

La casa está orientada hacia el sur, estratégicamente posicionada hacia la bahía de La Herradura. Sus espacios abiertos y amplios ventanales, la hace gozar de impresionantes vistas de la ciudad, del mar Mediterráneo y de la reserva natural de Cerro Gordo. La piscina, rodeada de un hermoso jardín con césped, se encuentra enfrente de la villa, junto con una barra con barbacoa.

La villa es fresca en verano y cálida en invierno. Cuenta con una chimenea de estilo moderno y con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, incluyendo la cocina y el hall . Las 5 habitaciones ensuite crean una sensación de confort y relax. Hay Wi -Fi para aquellos que necesitan utilizar sus ordenadores portátiles.

La propiedad está situada en una parcela de 25.000 metros cuadrados donde están vallados 2.000 metros . Sus hijos podrán correr y jugar alrededor de esta magnífica villa.

Fab villa

We all loved the villa, very spacious and beautiful grounds/garden. The pool and hot tub were especially a hit with the children. Very well equipped and good contact with the host. We did think it would be good to have a small stock of plastic glasses/ plates for young children and inflatable’s for the pool.

Geweldig!

Wat een prachtige locatie! Het kost even wat moeite om er te komen (laatste 300m over een grindpad!), maar wat een uitzicht en geweldige villa. Van alle gemakken voorzien, leuke zitjes, fraai zwembad, supermooie keuken, ruime slaapkamers en moderne inrichting. We hebben een fijne week gehad, en zouden er zeker weer willen terugkeren!

Lovely family week to celebrate

Perfect venue for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary and a couple of special birthdays with our immediate family and two grandchildren. Quite a remote location which was perfect for our needs as staying in was our plan with BBQs and family fun and games. Wouldn’t have had to venture far to beach and restaurants just didn’t want to. Could not fault the Villa modern clean and Spacious. Pool could do with a bit of a re-tile but was clean and functional. Great BBQ / dinning area. Kitchen well equipped and modern Plenty of towels Hot tub was a bonus. All in all a great week

Plus: - traumhafter Ausblick auf die Bucht von La Herradura - sehr gute Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küche - sehr gepflegter Garten und Aussenbereich - Grill und “Outdoorküche” - Spielkonsole im Wohnzimmer Minus: - nur 6 Liegen, Liegen sind veraltet und ranzig - es hat in einigen Zimmern gestunken ( Schimmel, Abfluss, Klimaanlage, Stechende Putzmittel) - bei Ankunft war es nicht richtig sauber ( Fussböden waren dreckig/ nicht gewischt, Haare und Staub lag herum, Haare in der Dusche / Wasser lief nicht richtig ab - Staubsauger funktioniert nicht - man hört die Autobahn - aus der Anzeige geht leider nicht eindeutig hervor, dass die Zimmer unterschiedlich groß und ausgestattet sind ( unglücklich bei 5 Pärchen) - Stühle draußen könnten gemütlicher sein

From the moment we booked the villa Carlos was very helpful and answered all of my many questions. Upon arrival we fell in love with this amazing villa and the beautifully grounds and stunning view of the mountains and the ocean. The villa has everything you could possibly wish for, I was very impressed that the bbq had a sink and the dining area close to the bbq had its own fridge freezer and cutlery and crockery - everything is well thought out and made the stay in this beautiful villa even more special. I would say a car is needed to be able to drive to the supermarkets or into town although the other family in our party did just use the taxi service which was brilliant. The information available in the villa is very helpful with regards to taxis (drivers by name) and local attractions and restaurants. We all felt very relaxed and although we had intentions to look around the towns more most days we just spent in the villa by the pool or the many different seating areas - we have already said we would definitely come back and I have recommended to a few people already! Thank you Carlos for making our stay perfection.

Unbeschreiblich schön!

Wir haben eine Woche mit 6 Erwachsenen in dieser Luxus-Villa verbracht. Unser gemeinsames Fazit: Preis-Leistung unschlagbar! Die Villa ist ein Traum und übertrifft in Live die Fotos noch. Der Verwalter war sehr nett, bemüht und stets hilfsbereit, auch der Gärtner (der alle zwei Tage den wahnsinnig schönen Garten pflegt, den Pool säubert, etwas repariert usw.) macht tolle Arbeit, ohne dass es irgendwie stört. Das Haus und insbesondere die Küche sind super ausgestattet - man merkt, dass sich jemand liebevoll Gedanken gemacht hat. Tagsüber haben wir den Pool und die Aussicht genossen oder etwas unternommen (Auto aufgrund der Alleinlage im Hang unbedingt erforderlich!), abends haben wir den Whirlpool und die tolle Outdoor-Küche genutzt. Man kann je nach Jahreszeit im Garten sogar Zitronen, Avocados oder Nespole ernten. Auch wenn man als Gruppe reist und jemand sich mal zurückziehen möchte - kein Problem: Haus und Grundstück bieten viele Möglichkeiten. Wenn man will, findet man sicher ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die man bemängeln könnte (z.B. etwas Verkehrsgeräusche von der Autobahn), aber das wäre auf ganz hohem Niveau und ändert auch nichts an unserem tollen Urlaubsfazit! Rundherum gelungen und wir können die Villa vorbehaltlos empfehlen! Mehr kann man wirklich nicht erwarten!

Traumvilla in Traumlage

Die Bilder im Netz haben nicht zu viel versprochen! Einzigartiger Blick, ein wunderschöner topgepflegter Außenbereich mit Garten, Grillstation und Pool und eine Innenausstattung die keinerlei Wünsche offen lässt. Die Abwicklung im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich, die übersandten Infos haben es einfach gemacht, die sehr abgelegene Finca zu erreichen. Nach der Anreise besuchte uns Carlos um alles zu erklären und unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Perfekt! Das ganze Anwesen war blitzsauber, herzlichen Dank an Carlos und den Gärtner, wir haben wirklich nichts gefunden, das zu bemängeln wäre! Herausragend!!!

Ein tolles Haus - es fehlt an nichts!

War wirklich ein Traumhaus. Wir fühlten uns total wohl. Zwar hat man den Autolärm von der darunter liegenden Autobahn gehört, aber nur wenn man ganz vorne am Pool saß. Ansonsten war es absolut ruhig.

Een ultieme belevenis !

De locatie is prachtig; rustig gelegen met uitzicht op het dorp Herradura, de Middellandse Zee en de omringende bergen. Wat kan een mens nog meer wensen. Het huis is uitermate stijlvol ingericht, met 5 comfortabele slaapkamers / badkamers een moderne en zeer compleet uitgeruste keuken waar de "chefs" zich helemaal kunnen uitleven. En niet te vergeten een heerlijk zwembad en twee mooie overdekte buitenterassen waar het heerlijk toeven is. Ook de service van de eigenaar is perfect. Kortom : het huis overtreft elke verwachting en is een echte aanrader !

Idyllic - a little piece of heaven

Where to start? General stuff: the property is beautifully clean and all of the fixtures and fittings are high-end and very modern. There are lots of plates, cups/mugs, knives forks etc - we were a party of 6 for our 2nd week and we didn't run out once. The kitchen has both induction and gas hobs so will suit any budding chef and the fridge and freezer were both huge. The pool is salinated rather than chlorinated so there were none of the eye and skin problems that often happen when spending long periods in the water and although not heated it was beautifully warm. Every bedroom had it's own en-suite shower room and all were large and modern and very comfortable. Carlos and Arturo, (the gardener) were very helpful and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. The gardens are lovely and I understand Carlos' mum is responsible for the design; she has obviously put lots of thought and knowledge into them. To be honest I can't say enough about this place - we have rented villas all over Europe and I really don't think we'll be able to beat this one - it is the most perfect place we've ever stayed and that is no exaggeration. The views of the mountains and the bay are wonderful - you can see the A7 motorway from the upper terrace and sometimes you can hear it but it really isn't enough to be intrusive. Thank you all at the villa for helping to make our stay so lovely - truly an experience we would like to repeat and for anyone else that is going to this villa - we envy you!!!

Great property with stunning views and great property managers

What a place this is! Excellent value for money. A secluded hideaway in the mountains, on vast grounds offering an unparalleled view over La Herradura that you never tire of. The pool is perfect in size and the pool area offers shade if you don't like to be in the sun all the time. The kitchen is probably one of the most well-equipped one I have encountered during seven years of renting summer houses. Very good! Every room has air-conditioning and all over it is very clean. The gardener tend to the pool and the gardens every day in a discreet way, so the property is really well taken care of. So any downsides at all? We were two families staying of nine people. At our time of staying, there were not nine sunbeds (five - six perhaps), but there are other relaxing chairs so there is plenty of room for everyone down by the pool. In one of the smaller bedrooms, there was a funny smell, probably down to that it had not been used for a while. But that's all I can think of. We were very happy altogether! Carlos the property manager, is very helpful and speaks very good English which is a help for us who is not fluent in Spanish. Rent it!

Amazing house with spectacular sea views

We've rented many houses in Spain France Switzerland over the years and this one has to be one of the best. We had a big surprise when we arrived at the villa as the pictures posted in the internet do not do justice to the house. It is beautiful, comfortable, tastefully decorated and with many spots to relax in with fantastic views. I still remember those dinners from the terrace overlooking the bay below. Everything works perfectly in the house, air conditioning in all rooms, a very well equipped modern kitchen and spacious bedrooms, all of them with en suite, a nice barbecue area and a great terrace with an astonishing view. The house is surrounded by some 25 acres of land so you are in total privacy. If you find the house on google earth you will see that there is an entrance to a motorway tunnel to the bottom of the hill behind the house .Don't be put off by this as you really don't hear any noise . The beach is about ten minutes by car which offers some nice restaurants very well served and very good food too. The owners are willing to help with anything you need to make your stay a really pleasant experience. Carlos did everything to make our stay a good one which it certainly was. He is a very welcoming and honest man. We fully recommend booking this house, it is a gem. All the best to you Carlos.
