HORRIBLE & INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!! CHEAP & WORTHLESS BREAKFAST!!! They would be better off rather than offering such a cheap & worthless breakfast! I booked a premium suite. The whole suite was smelling like a sewage which means their sewage system is NOT working properly. When checking in in the evening I told them that I'd be in a hurry in the morning & I need my invoice & all papers prepared. NOTHING was done, the receptionist WAS horrible. INCOMPETENT & STUPID!!!!

Issues, issues, issues...

I had to switch room 3 times. In the first one safe was missing. In the second there was something on the bathroom ceiling looking like mold and causing me respiratory issues as soon as I entered the room. The third room was ok, but shower curtain didn't cover all length of bathtub, and water was leaking on the floor. Also they do repairs all night long, move furniture. One night I couldn't sleep at all because of sounds. Breakfast hours can be cut any day if dining area is reserved for a party. Very strange hotel.

Probably the rudest staff experience I’ve had in a hotel. Basic amenities but clean and quiet part of town. They make you pay cash so possibly illegal.

Aside from one helpful employee, all others I dealt with were indifferent and uninterested. Whilst, for the cost I didn't expect 5 star, there were far too shortcomings in the facilities. The location of this hotel is good, but that is all

Old hotel near Kok Tobe

Peobably a 2 star rather than 3 star hotel. You get what you paid for i guess. The pipes in the toilet leaked a bit, the air conditioning turns on when the plug is inserted (frayed plug) but remote control does not work. Musty smell from the cupboard. Woemrn carpets. Very near to Kok Tobe gondola station and there are some eating options nearby too.
