Amazing villa in Costa da Caparica, walking distance to the beach and 5 minutes away from one of the 2 golf courses nearby.
Totally renewed in a 60's style, it has 3 bedrooms, a cozy living room with a fireplace and a lovely winter garden to enjoy our extended summer time.
Perfect to relax enjoying a beach front restaurant or surfing (there are several spots and schools in Caparica), there’s plenty of options to fulfill your days.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed and a coffee maker.

Charming 200 year old farm right outside Evora

My family and I really enjoyed the country feel of this old eccentric farmhouse. Isabel was great and altho it seemed we were way off the beaten path out w the sheep horses pigs and chickens it was only 5 minutes to Evora town walls. The only issue was my 6 foot 3 inches hubbie kept banging his head on the doorways made for much shorter people.

Lovely place to stay

This spot was the perfect place for a beach getaway with the family. Only a few blocks from the beach and walkable to many spots in the area. The house was great and comfortably sleeps 7.

Costa de Caparica

We had a wonderful stay in Costa de Caparica. The property was a perfect size for our family and a fabulous location to everything (beach, local shops etc)! Some minor repairs need to be made (shower doors) - a bit dated. Neighbourhood dog(s) very loud but not much you can do about that! Amazing communication with the property team, very welcoming and very impressed how they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. WIFI facilities were great. Would definitely come back!

Chalé adosado amplio.

No está tan cerca de la playa, aunque se puede ir andando. El salón y la zona contigua son muy amplias y agradables. Hemos estado 5 personas utilizando camas individuales. En la planta baja hay un dormitorio con cuarto de baño, pero la ducha no tiene mampara y se sale todo el agua. La cocina un poco pequeña. Los dormitorios, 3, arriba y dos cuartos de baño, uno en uno de los dormitorios. El aparcamiento está muy bien, suele haber sitio en la calle. La limpieza dejaba algo que desear.

Très belle location pour des vacances en famille

Pour notre 3e séjour sur le secteur de Caparica, nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille (6 personnes) dans cette belle maison rénovée, au cachet un peu vintage, mais très agréable. Trois grandes chambres spacieuses donnant sur le balcon, petite cuisine bien équipée (manque un lave vaisselle), grand salon confortable avec TV - Internet et superbe véranda bien agréable donnant sur une petite cour pavée pour se détendre. Accès facile et rapide depuis Lisbonne, la plage de Costa de Caparica est à moins de 10 minutes à pied, tout comme les commerces et le petit marché couvert. Parc aménagé au bout de la rue avec des jeux pour les enfants. Une voiture est nécessaire pour visiter la région, même s'il y a des transports en commun à proximité. Seul petit bémol, le logement un peu bruyant le soir car la rue est assez passante sans double vitrage aux fenêtres et il manque de matériel pour le nettoyage (aspirateur, balai). Un très bon séjour avec un accueil chaleureux et attentionné de Nuno et Catia prêts à rendre service si besoin et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Une adresse qu'on retient pour un prochain séjour sur Costa.
