Rural House 'La Cuina De Paqui' with Private Pool, Terrace, and Wi-Fi

Located in Cañada del Fenollar, the rural house La Cuina De Paqui, dating from 1880, offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 100 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Enjoy a private terrace and a garden with lawn and large trees providing shade, perfect for relaxing outdoors even on hot days.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a workspace, TV, fan, washing machine, dryer, beach or pool towels, as well as books and toys for children. Two high chairs and two cots are also available. There is no air conditioning, but fans are provided.



You will have access to a private, fenced outdoor area with a children's pool, a spacious lawned garden, and an outdoor shower. The host lives independently within the same estate.



The property is close to shops, a pharmacy, public transport, restaurants, rural stores, and a chapel you can visit. San Vicente del Raspeig is just 3 km away, offering all the amenities of a small city, such as an emergency medical center, supermarkets, pharmacies, a riding stable, and parks.

Do not be misled by the photographs. This villa looked wonderful online, but it was a huge disappointment when we arrived.The pool was covered with a tent, the sun lounger was dirty and unusable, the pool water feature was broken, and the garden had clearly not been maintained. The two bikes advertised with the property were unsafe, with broken brakes and flat tyres.The condition of the house was equally poor. It was dirty throughout, tiles were missing from the shower, the cold tap was broken, kitchen utensils were almost non-existent, and the bathroom door would not close or lock.Attempts to resolve these problems were frustrating. The host spoke no English, making communication nearly impossible. The agent was no help whatsoever, provided false advice, and ultimately refused to issue any refund.This was one of the most disappointing holiday rentals we have experienced. You have been warned.
