This cozy accommodation is located in Algaida, a very quiet town. The house, tastefully decorated, has been recently renovated but retains the characteristic charm of a typical Mallorcan house. In addition, it has a swimming pool and furnished terraces perfect for spending time outdoors.



Algaida is a small quiet town where you will find restaurants, shops and various services. Walking around the center on Fridays, market day, is a great opportunity to taste local products. The Puig de Randa and its views, or the Sanctuary of Cura are a must. In addition, it is very close to Palma, the capital of the island, or to the beaches of Ses Covetes, sa Ràpita or Colònia de Sant Jordi.



Air conditioning:



As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms, bathroom and the living room.



Costs to be paid at destination not included in the price:



- Tourism Tax (mandatory)

- Final cleaning (mandatory) 90 euros per booking



Notes:

- If customers arrive between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., there will be a supplement of €30 that the customer must pay all at once when making the reservation.

- If customers arrive between 11:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.: they will have to pay €50.

- If customers arrive later than 01:00 a.m. we will no longer admit check-in, if someone intends to come later than 01:00 a.m., there will no longer be the option to book.-This establishment cannot accept guests under 25 years of age; all members of the reservation must be over 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay.



- The information of all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport number/id number, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the check-in day through our platform.

- During the months of July and August the use of the barbecue will be prohibited.
