My stay was okay, but several issues made the experience less comfortable. The room was not as clean as expected, the TV didn’t work at all, and there was no functioning heater. The staff was polite, but the overall quality didn’t match what I anticipated. Improvements in room maintenance and cleanliness would make a big difference.

The lobby and Mirror Room were fantastic! We had a great event there and really enjoyed the historic feel of the hotel. The rooms need some updating but were clean and comfortable. Good option if you enjoy historic hotels.

The hotel was very nice, it's an older hotel but it was nice. The only thing that I can think of was when we did get into our room, it was a very late check-in. It was after my daughter's wedding and I rented three rooms. Our room in particular only had one towel in it. My daughter said the bridal suite was very nice and they enjoyed it very much. I didn't call for extra towels because it was very late. I just wanted to go to bed, but that's the only thing I would have changed. I would've had more towels and washcloths in the bathroom. The hotel was great to work with when I blocked off rooms very accommodating super nice. The guy at the desk when we did check in like I said it was very late but he got us checked in with no problem. He was not overly friendly, but it was 1130. I think at night so maybe he was tired, but he did get us checked in quickly. The brunch the next morning we had called ahead to get a large table ready and they had it all fixed for us and we all enjoyed the brunch the next morning.
