Reservations altered. Paid extra for 4 1st floor rooms but only got 3. Elevator kept breaking down, smoke alarm missing in one room, continental breakfast not served as told or late and much of the carpet and seating in disrepair.

Clean room and the lady who cooked the breakfast buffet was so kind I'm in handicapped and in a wheelchair. She wrapped our plates we wanted to eat in our room she was very kind.

The elevator was broken. I had to go downstairs to get another pair of room keys because the ones they gave me stopped working. The shower wasn’t working correctly and looked nasty in the inside. When morning arrived it was 10 in the morning and they just barged in the room didn’t knock or anything and left the light on. Our privacy was very neglected staff was very rude and I will not be booking here again.

The staff is fantastic however, the maintenance man needs to do a better job. The elevator worked sometimes. The road coming into the properties very bumpy with potholes.

Bathroom wasn’t clean with a ring in the toilet and the tub was still dingy and dirty. Removing the carpet and replacing it with vinyl flooring would update the rooms.

I booked a double bed suit… when arrive only single bed suit left… I booked and paid for this a week in advance… they were completely booked up so we had no option… but the front desk lady was super nice and helpful… then to top it off the elevator was out of service
