Séjour très agréable, avec un très bel accueil de notre hôte, monsieur Bovagnet. Le petit reblochon dans le frigo pour la tartiflette, une très belle attention. Nous recommandons pleinement cette adresse, idéalement située, tout le confort y est. Intérieur très cosy. Merci.

Une pépite dans un havre de paix

Excellentes vacances dans un havre de paix. Les proprietaires sont très accueillants ainsi que leur chienne skipie dont nos enfants se sont très vite attachés. L'espace vie est magnifique et super fonctionnel.On s'y sentait comme chez nous. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute dans cette région et ses alentours magnifiques. Onzitcomme chez nous.

Superbe séjour dans ce très beau logement situé dans un village au calme. Tout était réuni pour passer une excellente semaine: appartement avec grande terrasse et véranda dans un espace très verdoyant, très bien équipé et très bien entretenu; bien situé pour nos sorties à Annecy et randonnées en montagne. Je recommande vivement ce bel appartement dans la ville très paisible d'Alex. Il était très propre, commode et bien équipé. Excellent accueil du propriétaire par ailleurs. À 25mn de la Clusaz et à 25mn d Annecy donc parfaitement placé.

Séjour très agréable dans ce logement idéalement placé

Tout était parfait dans ce logement : propre, bien aménagé et équipé, terrasse extérieure avec une très jolie vue sur la montagne, proche d'Annecy (situation idéale pour combiner randonnées et baignades). Bref, nous recommandons à 100% ! Petit plus : les tomates cerises du jardin et le reblochon offerts par le propriétaire (aux petits soins)

très bon séjour

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. La location se trouve au rez de chaussée de l'habitation des propriétaires. On était au calme, très peu de voitures passaient dans la rue. L'appartement comporte tout le confort moderne, très propre, un petit manque de luminosité, mais qui apporte de la fraicheur, l'été. Rien ne manquait au niveau des équipements. Il y a une véranda climatisée sur le devant, un coin terrasse avec une table et des chaises de jardin, une table de pique-nique, une table de ping-pong avec des raquettes. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, à l'écoute, très serviables, listent les principales activités à faire dans le coin. On a une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes, la location se situe à 7-8 km du lac d'Annecy. Le cadre est très beau, nous avons pu explorer une région que nous ne connaissions pas. Nous recommandons cette location, vous ne serez pas déçus !

Une belle Découverte

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L'appartement a été entièrement rénové , c'est propre ! La cuisine est très bien équipée et avec des ustensiles et ménagère récentes ! ce qui n'est pas le cas de toutes les locations que nous avons pu avoir (Vieille poêle , vieille vaisselle..) ici tout est nickel ! Une belle véranda ! et de belles balades aux alentour. C'est un petit village calme loin de la foule des stations mais tout de même bien Situé (à seulement à 30 min environ de la Clusaz et 10 min du bord du lac d'Annecy.) Bref vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Isabelle & LN

Un havre de paix

Entre la montagne et le lac, excellent emplacement au calme et proche de beaucoup de balade. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le logement, très confortable et fait avec goût, ont s'y sent bien. Les propriétaires ont mis tout en oeuvre pour que les locataires passent d'excellentes vacances en toute sérénité, et ça a été le cas. Nous reviendrons.
