Villa Verd has capacity for 8 people and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all just a few steps from the beach, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing holiday without the need for a car. The villa offers a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning, large windows that provide access to the outdoor terrace, and a dining room with a long table, perfect for enjoying family meals. From the dining room, you can access a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious local dishes.



The villa has 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, it has 2 bathrooms with a shower and 1 additional bathroom. The terraces, both covered and uncovered, offer a perfect space to relax, surrounded by a beautiful garden and a brick barbecue, ideal for organising memorable outdoor dinners. With the beach just a short distance away, don't hesitate to make your reservation.



To ensure the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 14:00 and 16:00, and from 20:00 to 08:00.

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.

Haus in Alcúdia

Die Lage ist 1A,nur 2 Gehminuten bis zum Traumstrand,5 Minuten bin zum großen Einkaufszentrum LIDL.Ales ist in der Nähe.Das Haus ist sehr groß. Wir waren 3 Familien mit Kindern. Jede Familie hat eigenes Bad gehabt (für uns war es viel wert).2 große Terrassen und eine kleine noch auf dem Dach und große Garten. Für die große Familie mit Kinder war es perfekt. In jedem Zimmer Klimaanlage.Einziges was uns gefehlt hat,die kleine Kochtöpfe.Es war 2 große Töpfe und mehrere Pfannen. Wir haben wenigsten einen kleinen Topf gebraucht, das wir für Kinder Kleinigkeiten kochen können. Es war nur 5 Gläser im Haus. Für die große Familie warst knapp. Ansonsten es war perfekt. Wir würden den Haus auf jeden Fall für die große Familie empfehlen.

Hervorragend!Haus mit mallorquinischen Charme und ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Großer Wohnbereich mit Erweiterung zur Veranda und separatem Schlaf-/Badbereich. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt in ruhiger Umgebung. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind von dort aus fußläufig erreichbar.Die ehemals hochwertige Inneneinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber voll funktionstüchtig. Küche mit neuer Einrichtung und neuen Geräten. Eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde nach E-Mail an den zuständigen Service sofort ausgetauscht. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten einwandfrei. Eine Badezimmertür ließ sich anfangs nicht von innen öffnen. Das Problem wurde nach Anruf beim Service von einem Handwerker am nächsten Tag behoben.Der Safe ließ sich nicht öffnen, weil der Schlüssel nicht passte. Hat uns aber nicht gestört.Das Haus war unerwartet sauber. Einen Besen und ein Kehrblech haben wir dennoch etwas vermisst.Die Stechmücken sind, wie überall in Alcudia, etwas lästig. Anderes Ungeziefer haben wir nicht gesehen. Insgesamt haben wir zehn sehr angenehme Tage in dem Haus verbracht und würden das Haus auch jederzeit wieder buchen

Tolles Objekt mit Luft nach Oben

Die Lage der Villa ist wirklich besser als gedacht. So nah am Strand und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist größer als gedacht und tatsächlich war in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Betten auch toll. Nach einer Woche wurde auch gereinigt, es gab neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher - top. Wir hatten aber das Gefühl, als wären wir die ersten Gäste dort gewesen. Gefehlt hatte eine Begrüßungsmappe, der Schlüssel zum Safe und das Wlan-Passwort wurde an verschieden Stellen im Haus unterschiedlich angegeben. Am Ende haben wir es hinbekommen. Direkt am Anfang ging auch die Alarmanlage los - zum Glück konnten wir jemanden erreichen und dann wurde diese ausgemacht. Drei mal hatten wir Besuch von Kakerlaken im Bad, aber das ist in Mallorca normal - bei 12 Tage aufenthalt vollkommen ok. Der Grill müsste mal repariert werden, da das Rost nicht in den Steinschienen hält. Kurz um viele tolle Sachen, viele Kleinigkeiten, die uns aber nicht gestört haben. Somit dennoch 5 Sterne!

Una lástima

Llegamos a la vivienda y no podíamos entrar, las claves que teníamos no funcionaban. La casa no estaba preparada. El agua no funcionaba. El olor de humedad era insoportable. La casa no estaba bien limpia. La clave del wifi no funcionaba. La atención telefónica muy atenta, pero si no hubiéramos arreglado nosotros los problemas de la casa, no podríamos habernos quedado. La ubicación es estupenda, pero el inicio de la estancia nos condicionó.
