The property is very nice. The rooms are nicely decorated. The only thing is they never replenished the drinking water in the room or the Coffee for the machine. My rooms ac was not working correctly and my room was very hot. They moved me to another room and that room was a little better but still not as cool as I would like. You would turn the ac on and an AI would take over and turn it down. They need to fix that problem. Plus the rooftop bar was closed and that would have been nice to have.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and clean and nicely designed. Amenities were very good although we didn’t use any. Overall a very nice stay and close to vasco de Gama bridge. note to readers. Do not inadvertently put in 1 person in the room on your search and book it- I was with my wife and they wanted to charge us an extra 50€. The manager did reduce to 35€. Be careful when you book or find a hotel that doesn’t upcharge this way.

Great Tripp and super friendly staff

Grey hotel. Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodating. Practically a new hotel, perhaps a little out of the way but not too much of a problem. I recommend you bolt everywhere as it’s very cheap.

A very pleasant stay

We really enjoyed this hotel. It’s modern, clean and customer service is excellent. There was a small issue with our room after checking in, but the staff swiftly moved us to a different (and better) alternative room. The room has absolutely everything you need. The roooftop and pool are very nice (however an issue is the limited number of beds/chairs) Breakfast is delicious with plentiful options. Several decent restaurants in the vicinity, and access to Lisbon via bus is pretty straightforward But the real highlight was the staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and you really feel like they do everything to make you feel comfortable and enjoy yourself

Hotel is outside of Lisbon only 30 minutes to airport. Stayed here our last night. Beautiful view of Lisbon across water. Loved the heated rooftop pool. Great way to relax and loved that it was covered so rain didn’t stop us from enjoying pool. Breakfast was amazing!
