The check-in process was super easy and the house was even better in person. The house was clean and had plenty of supplies such as aluminum foil and spices. Clean and nicely decorated, beds are comfortable and lots of space inside, we had 4 adults and a 1 year old. the park nearby was great for grandson to play & fenced backyard great space for our dog.location was 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville and close to attractions, we enjoyed the Zoo and market square.I would stay here again.

What a quaint, quiet cottage. Its location is ideal, as it’s close to the national oark, Cade’s Cove, Pidgeon Forge, and the Ford Bronco Off-Road adventure, which is why we were there.. We walked in the evening to see the other cottages in the midst of remodels, or having been recently remodeled, and enjoyed it all. It was a great time there…our only regret is we didn’t see a bear!

Nice rental home close to Maryville/Smoky Mountains

My wife and I spent three nights in late October. Owners provided prompt response to communication, and made us feel very welcome. House has a nice interior and convenient location for airport, Maryville, and Smoky Mountains.
