Super séjour dans une très belle villa.La villa est spacieuse avec de très belles chambres , nous y avons séjournés à 2 familles, et nous avons vraiment appréciés nos retrouvailles sur la grande terrasse et la piscine qui offre une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Très bonne communication avec Martin le propriétaire.

Lovely villa, pool and location. The support and communication from the local team and the villa owners was fantastic. There were only 4 of us in the villa so we found it spacious and there was plenty of crockery and kitchen equipment provided. If it wasn't our usual approach to try different places I would be happy to return to this lovely villa.

One of the best...

We have stayed in many Spanish villas over 20 years: this was undoubtedly one of the best. Superbly appointed, it was so refreshing (for instance) to find a place with more than enough crockery etc to provide for a large group even when the dishwasher was full! Add to this an exceptional hospitality pack and we had a very real real sense of being welcomed in the property. There were four very comfortable double/single bedrooms with full air-conditioning and then a fifth “box room” that can take a single bed with a portable (though a little noisy) AC unit. The lounge was spacious with more than enough seating for our party of eight, and at the back of that room a dining table for the option of eating indoors. Most of our meals were taken outdoors, however, on the superb, terraced area which boasted wonderful views over Alcalali and the Jalon valley beyond. A real bonus was the furnished seating area to the right of the dining terrace: a great location for evening cocktails! And last, but not least, a superb swimming pool, again with knock-out views. Alcalali itself (a 10–15 minute walk down into town) is a nice, quiet place with some lovely relaxing bars and eating opportunities, and more just five minute’s drive into Jalon (Xalo) which also has a very good “Mas-y-Mas” supermarket. We found as well that Mercadona would deliver online orders. Add to all this excellent communications from the hosts and it should be clear that this property is highly recommended. Don't miss it!

Amazing 2 weeks away in Alcalali

We have family who live in the area, and have spent many holidays staying in various villas in the surrounding villages around Alcalali. I can honestly say this is the best we have stayed in! Location is fantastic - easily walkable into the village for dinner and drinks and simple to pop down to the supermarket at the petrol station. We visited as 2 families of 4 and the villa comfortably afforded us plenty of space and areas to chill out and socialise. Aircon was plentiful and a welcome relief in Spain in August. The bonus fridge in the garage was also really helpful in keeping our beer/cava and Fanta nicely chilled at all times! Parking worked out ok for us. One on the drive, one in the road. Room for more cars as the road is very quiet. and then to the pool...... Wow! Just brilliant! The pool is huge with plenty of room for kids throwing balls at each other and till space to quietly float about on a lilo! The big pine trees offer some welcome shade over the pool at certain times as well, perfect for sitting in the side with a book. Comms were very easy, owner only ever a text message away and then a local guy down the road who can help out with check in and any other issues while you are there. All in all a perfect place to spend a week or 2 in the sun - we will definitely be back!

Amazing villa with an amazing swimming pool and views. The villa had all the amenities we required. We hired a car for a few days and the main supermarket was in the next village. Would highly recommend.
