Old Commercial Building with High Ceilings & Charm

Perfect remote working spot, walking distance to Downtown! Barelas is a historic neighborhood that actually pre-dates Albuquerque. The Barelas Coffee House is an institution not to be missed! (4th & Cesar Chavez)

Guests have access to the entire apartment, except for a small locked supply closet.

The property is easily accessible from I-25 & is a short (less than 10 minutes) drive to the airport.
Please be aware that we will charge extra for the following:

$200 fine for any evidence (smell, ashes, butts, stains) of smoking inside. This includes any kind of smoking.
$50 fine for not cleaning up after your dog.
$200 fine for tampering with any of the camera equipment, including but not limited to unplugging the indoor sync module.
$100 fine for going into the wrong apartment. Please just read the instructions. It`s really jarring for other guests when someone is trying to enter their space.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

The host was professional, communicative, and also flexible with me, which I greatly appreciated! This place is cute and cozy, and I had a wonderful time staying here while starting a new job and looking for an apartment in Albuquerque. It is conveniently located to walk downtown or as a starting point to drive most places in Albuquerque. I was able to walk my dog around the neighborhood in the morning without running into anyone, and it was actually pretty quiet at night as well. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful house on a quite street thats still very well located. Loved having a fully equipped kitchen! Its so nice to be able to make a nice meal while traveling. Thoughtfull amenities like shampoo and ground coffee. Honestly one of the best places i gace stayed !

The apartment was well-stocked, comfy, and a great home base. The Barelas neighborhood is quiet, feels safe, and is in walking distance to downtown. Beautiful and vibrant murals are all over the area. The host was very responsive - I had some issues with the heat (story of my life lately) and she was quick to set me up with alternatives. If I ever need a short-term spot for visitors or myself, I will rent from this host again.
