Vistas and tranquility

Theres no place like home..and being in a lovely place in my hometown makes it even more special. We had a fantastic visit. The attention to detail was a welcome surprise. Lovely hosts and we hope to be back. Location very convenient and quiet. Thank you for the memories!

Amazing views and a comfortable stay!

This was a wonderful, quiet stay with amazing views! No fuss check-in, super comfy bed, comfortable and clean. Super cute efficiency kitchen and grill. Everything you need for a perfect stay!

Nice studio apartment near the tram

We live in the area but had a leak in our water system, so I rented the apartment for a week to take showers and make dinner, do dishes, etc. This is not a 1-bedroom, it's a studio, but if you read the reviews, you would know that. It was great for us. Very clean, quiet, very comfortable bed. There is even a washer and dryer available, which was really helpful. The location is great, especially if you like to hike and be outdoors.

This was a very pleasant place to stay. It was clean, the view was beautiful, and it had everything we needed. Given that this was in the middle of a road trip, having access to the laundry was a godsend.

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view.

Studio but really comfortable. Perfect for 2-3 people. Views of the valley are spectacular(especially during Balloon Fiesta). Very quiet and serene. Really enjoyed our stay.

View of Albuquerque at base of Sandia Mountains

This was a perfect spot for us. Very clean and comfortable. Outdoor space overlooking Albuquerque was amazing. Lisa and Walter were very responsive to questions. We will be back on our next trip to Albuquerque!

This space was very close (5-10 minutes) away from a weekend event I attended. Everything was as advertised in the listing, and it was a very quiet place to rest in a comfortable bed. And the views were incredible! Thank you!

Albuquerque trip

Overall we have no complaints. Listing and actual place were not the same. Was listed as a 1 BR, 1BA, however it was only a studio, no bedroom. Only a two burner cook top, camper size refrigerator, which had hardly any room to put stuff because it already had others leftovers, such as open butter, mustard…. We had never been to New Mexico, and had no idea that they were closing the pool the day we arrived. As stated before, the place was very clean, fantastic location and view, just not what we were expecting, as far as size. We ended up eating out almost every meal, or had microwave meals. Check in was easy, we were greeted by one of the host, and check out was probably one of the easiest we have ever had. Knowing what we do now about the place, yes we would stay again, but be a little more prepared. Highly recommend!

A Beautiful Birthday Getaway

We loved our stay! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside, overlooking the pool & looking out over the city of Albuquerque throughout the day & in the evenings. Such a beautiful view & so peaceful & quiet. Walter & Lisa are the perfect hosts. You knew they were there if you needed them but not hovering. Everything was clean & the bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this as a getaway for one or two! Thank you, Walter & Lisa!

Excellent view of ABQ

This was a short trip to pick my son up from his grandmothers. My adult daughter and I enjoyed the short walk to the tram. The pool was nice to go in after a hot summer hike back from the tram. Even though the owners live on site, we had complete privacy. I was concerned about not having my own space due to sharing a studio apartment with my daughter and later in our stay my son. However, the use of the large outside space and pool area is more than enough space to be able to comfortably enjoy our time. The space was very clean and tastefully decorated. The amenities were wonderful and it was like stepping into my home with everything we needed to be comfortable. From laundry soap to coffee and spices for meals. It was a perfect trip and we will definitely be back.
