The apartment was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Showers were lovely and really appreciated having the washer and drying rack. Super close to Old Town. Parking was a bit of a challenge at times but the owner provided a viable alternative. Appreciated the info on local supermarkets as well. Great communication from owner.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was lovely, equipped with everything you need and was very clean. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to beaches, shops and lots of bars and restaurants. Thomas was really helpful from when we booked. The transfer provided to and from the airport was smooth and good value. I would definitely recommend this property and hopefully will return in the future.

The apartment was clean, large, many space, it had a pool: very nice. We were near the beach and the night life and still, very quite place to stay. The owner/group was responding quickly to our demands. Very nice. I would go there again. I strongly suggest to go there.

A really lovely apartment a short walk from Old Town. Very clean and all the equipment & amenities you’d need. The pool area is on the same floor so ideal to pop back and forth with drinks, snacks etc. There’s a small local Spar supermarket about 2-3 min walk away and a much larger Continente hypermarket about 12 min walk away. The Old Town is lovely and quite lively with lists of hustle and bustle and has lots of choice of bars and restaurants. The lovely beach is 5 min from the apartment with sunbeds, jet skis, inflatable rides, pedlos etc available to hire. The golf courses nearby were amazing and a cheap Uber ride away. We played several. The information & communication was excellent before, during & after our stay with Jessica & Kevin being particular stars after we left something in the apartment and arranging to return it to us in the UK. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely like to return.

Sehr geräumiges Apartment mit einem riesigen sonnigen Balkon. Zwei Bäder. Gut ausgestattet mit Küchengeräten. Insgesamt sehr durchdachte Einrichtung, allerdings ist an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas instand zu setzen. So funktionierte z. B. der Tresor nicht, Handtuchhalter im Bad waren locker und der Backofen benötigt eine Grundreinigung. Dank der guten Kommunikation mit dem engagierten Management der Anlage wurden diese Kritikpunkte bereits aufgenommen und sollen abgestellt werden.Attraktive Lage (5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, knapp 10 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Trotzdem relativ ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Straße leider oft völlig zugeparkt, so dass größere Autos Schwierigkeiten bei der Passage haben und auch das Ein- und Ausladen am Hotel konnte - je nach Tageszeit - eine Herausforderung sein. Hier wäre eine Sperrzone in der Nähe des Einangs sinnvoll! Keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel, Parkhaus (10 pro 24 h) aber nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Dort waren immer ausreichend Stellplätze vorhanden.Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Great location, not far from the beach and Old Town. Apartment can use a refresh and new patio furniture. My only complaint is the lack of parking available. Being close to the beach, everyone is looking for a spot and will park wherever they can.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Albufeira! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, making everything super accessible without needing a car. The apartment itself was really spacious, which was ideal for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The pool area was a definite highlight—clean, well-maintained, and a great spot to cool off in the sun. Would highly recommend for anyone planning a group trip!

Unit wss exactly as advertised. Grest location, everything you need (groceries restaurants etc) within walking distance. Only things missing were facecloths and a kitchen sink stopper. Not a big deal, we made do with what we had. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful country.

Très bien

Appartement bien situé, à 5min de marche de la plage et de la vieille ville d’Albufeira avec animation et resto. Pas beaucoup de stationnement de disponible et pas toujours évident de se stationner dans les rues. Super belle et grande terrasse.

Situé dans le quartier animé/touristique de la ville. Climatisation manque d'efficacité. L'appartement manque d'amour. Belle vue de l'océan et de la vieille ville. Manque d'espace de stationnement, surtout en soirée. Il y avait un bris d'équipement dans l'appartement, nous avons contacté la personne ressource, mais personne ne s'est présenté tel que promis. Chambres avec des lits simples très durs. Prestance de l'appartement dans la moyenne !

A great vacation spot!

We had a wonderful stay in Albufeira with our family (3 and 5 year old children). The location was perfect, only minutes away from Old Town and the beach, but still quiet enough at night.

Wonderful Albufeira Stay

Lovely spacious apartment that just needs a little TLC especially the outside sun terrace (torn seats on the outside dining chairs, weeds growing around the edges ot the terrace) and a coat of paint to the outside walls would help the appearance

We stayed at Conde do Monaco from April 1-4, 2024. The location is superb and the condo is exactly as depicted on the site. The property managers were easy to deal with and our stay was perfect!! Can’t wait to come back

Can't Recommend, Unfortunately

Stayed 4 weeks in March 2024. PROS: Excellent location/Bright premises/Nice outdoor space on deck with a good view. CONS: 1.Plumbing is in dubious state. We had 3 floods from drainage backups over our first week. The PM knew the drainage system was not working before we arrived. 2. Wifi is inadequate. We had NO internet on the unit Wifi for the first 5 days. Incurred a lot of roaming charges as a result. After internet became available, Wifi speed was inadequate. Speed was never more than 5Mbps. The router is 12 years old and needs to be replaced. 3. Security lights on the deck shine into the bedrooms from dusk until dawn. Apparently, there is no way to turn them off. 4. Work in a nearby unit (above us?) was so loud that a normal conversation could not be held. This lasted for the better part of two days. We received no advance notice about work taking place. Kevin (the property manager) was informed about issues 1, 2 and 3. He brought us an extra mop and pail for cleaning up flooding. He kept us posted on the plumbing repairs (which lasted over the course of several days). He apologized and gave us a token financial payment for our "inconvenience". I told him about the Wifi speed and the security lights, but nothing was done. I don't blame Kevin however. I got the impression that he had limited ability to help us. It's a shame that these problems existed as the unit was otherwise quite nice. Until they are resolved however, the value of staying there is questionable.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. The modern bathrooms and large patio were also great. We did have two problems which neither the manager of unit nor the building could seem to fix. The internet did not work and two very bright lights that illuminate the building edifice were locates on our patio, shined into our apartment, and could not be turned off. There are black out curtains, which help while sleeping, but otherwise these lights make it very difficult to use the patio or enjoy the view at night.
